Propósito

Ejecutar un efectivo y oportuno control de tiempo, recursos y entregables de los proyectos que se le asignen con el fin de cumplir con la línea base, identificar oportunamente desviaciones, brindar información oportuna con calidad y precisión y aconsejar a la gerencia de proyecto para implementar acciones de mejora en el desempeño de los proyectos.

Responsabilidades

  • Generar indicadores de gestión de proyectos.

  • Elaborar la WBS incluyendo los entregables de los proyectos.

  • Elaborar pronósticos de tiempo para completar y para la finalización de los proyectos.
  • Soportar la gestión del cambio y elaborar ordenes de cambio.
  • Identificar oportunamente desviaciones que puedan afectar los objetivos del proyecto.

Requerimientos excluyentes :

  • Profesionales en Ingeniería; deseable contar con postgrado en gerencia de proyectos o certificación PMP.
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en cargo similares como Project Planner, manejando proyectos de ingeniería y / o construcción.
  • Indispensable contar Inglés B2 / C1.
  • Manejo de primavera P6.

Propósito

Brindar liderazgo, soporte y hacer parte de la realización de diseños de ingeniería mecánica para Worley y sus clientes, de manera que dichos diseños cumplan con las especificaciones legales y reglamentarias aplicables, a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto establecidos.

Responsabilidades

  • Levantamiento y recopilación de información en campo asociada con los proyectos a desarrollar, para soportar la elaboración de documentos de definición de alcance y de desarrollo de las diferentes etapas de ingeniería de cada proyecto a cargo.
  • Soporte técnico a suministros de materiales durante la ejecución de la obra (revisión técnica de cotizaciones y ofertas de los procesos de compra en curso para verificación de cumplimiento de requerimientos técnicos).
  • Liderar y asistir las diferentes actividades de diseño, apoyo técnico para compra y construcción (esta última si se requiere)
  • Revisar y apoyar la realización de ingenierías conceptuales, básicas, de detalle y / o construcción.
  • Revisar y apoyar la realización de documentos de suministro de equipos mecánicos como : memorias de cálculo, hojas de datos, especificaciones técnicas, planes de inspección y pruebas, requisiciones de materiales y planos.
  • Brindar soporte técnico de ingeniería a solicitudes de cambio durante la construcción.
  • Realizar replanteamiento y optimizaciones de ingeniería necesarios en la etapa constructiva.
  • Actualización de Ingenierías de acuerdo con los hallazgos y levantamientos encontrados.
  • Garantizar que el alcance del proyecto sea claro y que los cambios cumplan con los procesos de gestión de cambios del proyecto.
  • Actuar como líder de ingeniería mecánica en proyectos específicos.
  • Resolver de manera proactiva cualquier discrepancia entre Worley y los requisitos de su Cliente.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con los últimos desarrollos e innovaciones técnicas en ingeniería mecánica.
  • Comunicarse de manera efectiva con el equipo de ingeniería Mecánica y las partes interesadas del proyecto, incluido el Cliente.

  • Conocimiento y experiencia desarrollando ingenierías conceptuales, básicas y de detalle en Ingeniería mecánica, los cuales deben comprender procesos operativos de movimiento de hidrocarburos, dimensionamiento y selección de equipos estático, rotativo y contra incendio.
  • Conocimiento de normas reglamentarias y de normas técnicas de diseño (ASME, API, NFPA, ISO, otras).
  • Experiencia en elaboración de memorias de cálculo, hojas de datos, especificaciones técnicas, planes de inspección y pruebas, requisiciones de materiales y planos.
  • Experiencia en lectura y revisión de PFDs, P&IDs, documentos de dimensionamiento de equipos por proceso.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, maintain and analyze engineering, procurement and construction schedules
  • Work with single and multi-project integrated plans including resource loading and analysis

  • Capable of managing impact of change & trends and resulting re-schedules / re-baselines.

Purpose :

Purpose :

Worley is currently looking for a Portfolio Finance Director who will ensure the delivery of world class business performance management, budgeting and reporting for the corporate Energy& Chemicals Operation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Finance and will actively demonstrate Worley’s values and behaviors.

Responsibilities :

  • Day to day finance partner to the Portfolio Leadership Team and representative of the Finance function to the Operations;
  • Open and clear dialogue regarding Portfolio results with the Portfolio Vice President, Finance Director and USGC President
  • Works closely with related parties to understand their financial results and forecasts and ensures compliance with agreements;
  • Position and steward the implementation of Finance approved strategies, policies and processes in Portfolio to ensure consistent Group-wide best practice is delivered;
  • Leads benchmarking to identify continuous improvement opportunities to systems, processes, cost reduction and general challenge to the status quo; and
  • Oversight of the planning, directing and coordinating of the Portfolio accounting and administration functions.
  • Provides strategic financial leadership, advise and commercial support to Portfolios, and Joint Ventures;
  • Commercial input into bids, projects and commercial terms and conditions;
  • Undertakes ad hoc analysis and participates in special projects. Designs financial models, scenarios and sensitivities for projects.

What you will bring

Required Technical and Industry Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 10 plus years’ of experience in a Financial Leadership role
  • Expert technical and analytical accounting skills, specifically in the areas of financial modelling and reporting.
  • Must have either public practice or publicly traded company experience both would be preferable.
  • Work experience with ERP & BI environments such as Oracle & Hyperion Financial Management systems
  • Hyperion Super user is a must; ability to create business logic / rules.
  • Expert technical understanding of GAAP and IFRS; maintains the highest professional ethics and standards;
  • Demonstrated leadership within a Finance function providing finance and commercial input into the operational management of a Portfolio;
  • Strong understanding of the complexity associated with this industry; specifically, in relation to legislative and tax compliance, commercial arrangements, Joint Venture reporting and cash management;

Subcontract Administrator

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Prepares Project Subcontract Plan for the Project
  • In coordination with Legal Department Customize company documents to match the specific requirements of the individual Project
  • Lead the Project Subcontract team, distribute workload, administers resources and advise Contract Administrators on matters of policies and procedures.
  • Reports to Management the status of all Subcontracts for the Project
  • Prepare recommended source lists of qualified subcontractors, drawing upon their past performance experience. Coordinates the list with project management and client recommendations.

As a working member of the Subcontract Administration team,

  • Prepares Request for Proposal form and verifies accuracy and completeness of proposal packages. Interfaces with affected sections to clarify and ensure that all necessary data has been included.
  • Receives subcontractors' responses to requests for proposals, determines each subcontractor's ability to meet Company and project requirements, and negotiates the terms and conditions.

Prepares and issues contracts commensurate with delegated procurement authority.

  • Prepares subcontract documents, and folders. Understands Construction, Engineering and legal terms and conditions language.
  • Prepares reports and contractual correspondence for project management and client. Establishes and maintains accurate tracking records tailored to each subcontract.
  • Ensures that subcontractor files are maintained and updated that are to include invoice auditing and monitoring records of payment.
  • Performs change management, performs claims avoidance and management, hosts weekly subcontractor meetings, ensures meeting minutes are produced and properly distributed, performs subcontract closeout actions, completes file documentation, forwards subcontract files to storage and ensures retention policy is in place for project files.
  • This position holds full responsibility of subcontract deliverables for the project.
  • Administration of all contracts, reporting, tracking progress, payment via company systems and close out.
  • Serves as liaison between subcontractors and construction team.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years in the industrial construction industry (Chemicals, petrochemicals, power and refineries) specifically in subcontract administration / management
  • Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration (or related field) is a plus.
  • Experience using integrated contract management software is a plus

Propósito

Brindar liderazgo, soporte y hacer parte de la realización de diseños de ingeniería mecánica para Worley y sus clientes, de manera que dichos diseños cumplan con las especificaciones legales y reglamentarias aplicables, a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto establecidos.

Responsabilidades

  • Levantamiento y recopilación de información en campo asociada con los proyectos a desarrollar, para soportar la elaboración de documentos de definición de alcance y de desarrollo de las diferentes etapas de ingeniería de cada proyecto a cargo.
  • Soporte técnico a suministros de materiales durante la ejecución de la obra (revisión técnica de cotizaciones y ofertas de los procesos de compra en curso para verificación de cumplimiento de requerimientos técnicos).
  • Liderar y asistir las diferentes actividades de diseño, apoyo técnico para compra y construcción (esta última si se requiere)
  • Revisar y apoyar la realización de ingenierías conceptuales, básicas, de detalle y / o construcción.
  • Revisar y apoyar la realización de documentos de suministro de equipos mecánicos como : memorias de cálculo, hojas de datos, especificaciones técnicas, planes de inspección y pruebas, requisiciones de materiales y planos.
  • Brindar soporte técnico de ingeniería a solicitudes de cambio durante la construcción.
  • Realizar replanteamiento y optimizaciones de ingeniería necesarios en la etapa constructiva.
  • Actualización de Ingenierías de acuerdo con los hallazgos y levantamientos encontrados.
  • Garantizar que el alcance del proyecto sea claro y que los cambios cumplan con los procesos de gestión de cambios del proyecto.
  • Actuar como líder de ingeniería mecánica en proyectos específicos.
  • Apoyar la realización de ofertas de proyectos con alcances técnicos para el desarrollo de ingenierías.

Experiencia técnica e industrial

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 años en cargos similares.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en diseño, montaje, construcción y puesta en marcha de sistemas y equipos mecánicos en los sectores de producción de petróleo y gas y refinación.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia desarrollando ingenierías conceptuales, básicas y de detalle en Ingeniería mecánica, los cuales deben comprender procesos operativos de movimiento de hidrocarburos, dimensionamiento y selección de equipos estático, rotativo y contra incendio.
  • Conocimiento de normas reglamentarias y de normas técnicas de diseño (ASME, API, NFPA, ISO, otras).
  • Experiencia en elaboración de memorias de cálculo, hojas de datos, especificaciones técnicas, planes de inspección y pruebas, requisiciones de materiales y planos.
  • Experiencia en lectura y revisión de PFDs, P&IDs, documentos de dimensionamiento de equipos por proceso.

Educación

Requerido :

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica.
  • Nivel de inglés B2 / C1.

Deseable :

  • Especialización o Maestría en Ingeniería Mecánica, gerencia de proyectos o afín.
  • Manejo de PVElite, Tank, HTRI, software de aire acondicionado, software de selección de equipos de bombeo y compresión.

Lo que traerás

Experiencia técnica e industrial

Experiencia superior a 10 años en gerencia de proyectos de ingeniería para el sector Oil&Gas, Energía, Minería y / o afines.

Indispensable contar con Inglés avanzado.
