Job Summary We are a homeowners association located on 56 acres of property with 725 units. We are seeking a professional Security Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will be enforcing our community rules and regulations via reports and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility.
• Remove trespassers when necessary.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity.
• Report on daily activities and any security incidents
• Issuing Parking citations and Door Hanger Violations,
• Contacting Residents and Transients

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Guard in a HOA / resident location or a similar position is preferred.
• Current BSIS Guard
• High school diploma / GED
• Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability.
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
