Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Manage, oversee, and coordinate the ordering, execution, and processing of Logistics services specifically related to fluid hauling, crude hauling, pipeline water transportation, crude delivery points, and production water disposal (the position may also include other production operation related services that might arise)
  • Communicate with Production Operations daily to support the needs of the field (fluid hauling, service work request, set-up and coordinate hauling needs, etc)
  • Plan and put together weekly logistics schedule and work with other departments to ensure there are no conflicts that will arise
  • Communication with vendors and all areas of operations
  • Responsive to operations requests and service needs
  • SAP use for planning, vendor contracts, payments and corrective maintenance
  • Ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner and create purchase orders for services rendered from vendors
  • Verify invoices are correct (dates, amount of time charged for work and line item costs align with contract in place)
  • Track spends of different contracts and invoices that are processed
  • Maintain communication and work-flow with Logistics team and all other asset disciplines within Operations
  • Maintain reports and data on Logistic vendors and internal processes for KPI tracking; specifically related to daily water loads and daily crude loads
  • Support Logistics staff in the resolution of order issues and in the management of contracts, as needed
  • Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple processing priorities pertaining to internal and external orders, plus financial information

Skills / Qualifications Required Experience and Knowledge

  • Undergraduate degree preferred, applicable experience can substituted to a degree
  • years of experience in Logistics or production operations
  • years of experience with large Oil and Gas projects. Experience in unconventional project is very valuable
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and processes quickly

Responsibilities

Wood is currently sourcing for a Welder I to join our team to work on a project in Bloomfield, New Mexico. You must also be capable of welding together components to fabricate or repair products such as machine parts, pressure vessels, plant equipment, pipes, plates, and structural steel using various welding procedures.

Only : Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately interpret and apply information from work orders, job orders, specifications, ISO’s, blueprints or other drawings and recognize basic blueprints or symbols for job application
  • Identify, recognize and demonstrate safe usage of hand tools and power tools appropriate for the job
  • Recognize various materials used in the craft and demonstrate a working knowledge of appropriate material handling techniques
  • Select and safely use appropriate equipment which may include (but not limited to) manlifts, fork lifts, and company trucks
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills in safe rigging practices
  • Identify, explain and perform crane signals
  • Demonstrate ability to weld together parts using any of the welding processes on various metals such as carbon steel, stainless, alloys, etc
  • Demonstrate ability to use alignment devices for fabrication
  • Demonstrate knowledge and ability to qualify and pass all welding performance tests
  • Demonstrate ability to produce welds that are % X-ray quality
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills in use of oxy-acetylene flame cutting equipment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of regulations governing quality control codes
  • Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding
  • Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
  • Remove rough spots from work pieces, using portable grinders, hand files, or scrapers

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High School / Equivalent
  • Candidate should have a minimum years journeyman experience welding various types of materials
  • Candidate should have - years of experience as helper in the welding field
  • Completion of formal classroom training in welding field may substitute for helper experience in welding craft

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for all financial matters including accurate and timely completion of monthly reporting, optimising financial performance

Report business financial performance to senior management including variance

analysis, accounts receiveables, DSO, acrruals and unbilled analysis

Ownership for annual budget, forecasts and rolling forecasts in conjunction with senior management, including validation / challenge over backlog, inputs from BD and operations

Ensure forecasting accuracy and predictability through the rolling forecast v monthly actual result process

Ownership of monthly customer billing to ensure invoices are prepared in accordance with the commercial terms of the contract

Responsible for driving sustainable working capital improvements and / or maintaining performance working with operational management, project managers, supply chain and other relevant areas to optimise cash collection and minimise DSO, including customer relationships and reporting

Ownership of implementation and financial adherence with the finance operating model

Assisting during client audits and dispute management

Engagement with commercial teams on the pre award phase in terms of bids, rates, and relevant analysis and a key contact and team participant for such, including input to financial terms contained in contracts and bids where appropriate

Engagement with commercial teams on post contract award phase in terms of margin analysis looking for opportunities to drive improvements and commercial efficiencies, and attending key project reviews to ensure that reported financials are appropriate

Engagement with external and internal auditors to successfully complete relevant audits
