Meeting coordinator
ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Marketing Meetings Coordinator position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance and develop your skills in meeting management while supporting over 150 trade shows / events per year.
As a Marketing Meetings Coordinator, you will support the events marketing department by managing the planning and logistics for face-to-face programs and tradeshows.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, work both independently and within a team, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
The position supports Waystar's Tradeshow Manager, Events Manager and Sr. Director, Events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and update invitations and RSVP lists.
- Develop, maintain, and execute registration websites using Cvent.
- Prepare onsite attendee materials and name badges.
- Attend staff events which can include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Maintain and manage content for event pages on Waystar's website and on other internal event calendars.
- Assist with coordinating Waystar's sponsorship and exhibitor booth at tradeshows.
- Reserve conference rooms for internal meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Process invoices, contracts, and expense reports.
- Oversee and manage meeting material shipments.
- Serve as the primary contact for program inquiries while maintaining professional and courteous communication with all internal and external personnel.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of work experience in conference and / or event management
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team centered environment with competing demands
- Experience with providing excellent customer service
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, on-going projects while maintaining the highest quality of professionalism
- Work effectively across departmental lines to assure a standard of excellence in all conferences and events
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which will include evenings and weekends

Social Media Content Manager

Reporting directly to the Marketing Content Director, the Social Media Content Manager is a motivated, energetic team member who is passionate about creating content for one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the U.
S. This go-getter develops social media content strategy, writes, schedules, and publishes posts across social media channels, tracks metrics and offers improvements to optimize followership and consumer engagement.
The Social Media Content Manager is an excellent writer and communicator with well-rounded critical thinking abilities and feels at home in both social media software and video editing software.
With the ability to pivot from social media content to other forms of copywriting, this team member is creative, eager to gain integrated marketing content skills, takes initiative, and enjoys working cross functionally in a fast-paced work environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own social media strategy creation and execution
- Define and develop content guidelines per social media channel
- Implement followership, growth and engagement strategies
- Work with designers, content managers and subject matter experts to develop, maintain and post multi-channel content including static posts, carousels, and videos
- Maintain ongoing organic social media content calendar
- Manage social media advocacy program to amplify team member voices and brand awareness
- Provide detailed reports on social media campaign performance along with strategies / recommendations for long term marketing growth and increased engagement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create action items to consistently improve social performance

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4-year bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related field
- 2-3 years' experience managing social media across multiple channels

- Experience generating detailed analytics reports and developing improvement initiatives
- Ability to edit video in Adobe Premiere, After Effects or similar editing software (photography / videography experience a plus)

Healthcare Contract Analyst
ABOUT THIS POSITION
Waystar is looking for an experienced Contract Analyst with previous experience supporting healthcare software applications, preferably within a healthcare contract management role.
The Contract Analyst will serve as a business contact for our clients regarding managed care contracts and will be responsible in maintaining client commercial and government contracts.
A successful candidate will become a trusted advisor and liaison to the client, serving as the primary contact for our customers regarding contracts.
Some responsibilities include : implementing new contracts, updating existing contracts, validating contract terms, and addressing any client issues or concerns.
An ideal candidate for this position can approach problem-solving challenges independently, have strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-based environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Gather, interpret and implement contract builds into Waystar's Contract Management platform
- Perform validation of contract terms by reviewing account examples and confirming correct expected reimbursement generated
- Manage the contract workflow to ensure timely and accurate implementation of contracts
- Collaborate with client during contract interpretation and validation stages, as well as post go-live
- Work closely with implementation consultants and auditors to validate accounts prior to client go-live
- Periodically perform analysis of 835 remittance advice payment & adjustment transactions to support payment reconciliation
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree
- Contract analyst experience in healthcare software or healthcare consulting environment
- Ability to interpret contract language from managed care contracts
- Ability to research and interpret regulatory guidelines for Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and Workers Compensation
- Understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations and healthcare coding (i.e. DRG, CPT4, HCPCS, revenue codes, APG, APC, ICD-10, etc.)
- An in-depth subject matter expertise and dedication to remaining current with industry and relevant legislative changes
- Must be a quick learner with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated effective communication, both orally and in writing
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with cross-functional teams
- Must possess strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred :
- Prior experience with relational databases. SQL knowledge is a plus!

The Manager, Ambulatory Sales is responsible for driving incremental revenue within the Ambulatory segment's existing customer base.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for working with the team to build a high-energy and growth focused sales organization through implementing strategic and tactical changes to deliver long term profitability for the organization.
