A little bit about our team :
The merchandise production team provides production and purchasing for merchandise for US concert tours, eCommerce and outside retailers as well as corporate and label promotions.
Merchandise includes a variety of branded apparel and accessories.
Your role :
Assist Merch Production department in day to day tasks to keep operation on task, on time and organized. This is an opportunity to learn the merch production process from concept to delivery.
This is a fast paced, high volume position that requires tenured tour and d2c production experience for quick turn apparel and accessories.
Partner w / internal stakeholders to determine time lines, work flow and support long range company goals. Clear and constant communication is key in this role.
Daily duties include project management, sourcing, vendor choice, creating PO’s, dispersing art files, tracking orders, shipping logistics and managing production schedule.
Train, mentor and manage direct reports. Understanding and implementing tour and eCom requirements. Established vendor relationships and sourcing new vendors are critical for competitive pricing, quick turn times, quality control and on time deliveries.
Multi-tasking, resourcefulness and problem solving skills are a must along w / strong leadership skills. Above all, team focused at all times to insure a supportive and cohesive working environment for all.
Here you’ll get to :
- Arrange shipments working w / vendors & carriers
- Collect, distribute and file packing slips and tracking numbers.
- Update production schedule daily
- Assist w / weekly UPS invoice reconciliation
- Receive and Archive daily merch samples.
- Assist department with various administrative tasks
- Monitor latest Merch products and create PowerPoint presentations for field distribution
- Attend vendor presentations and department meetings.
- Perform special project and other job related duties as assigned

Job Title : Warner Music U Rep, Content Creator
A little bit about our team :
Warner Music U (WMU) is the branch of Warner Music Group focused on developing artists. Our content and experiences are generated by young creatives, all with the intention of creating lifelong fans for our artists and labels.
Reps receive hands-on experience in the music industry, working directly with full-time employees and artists from WMG label partners including but not limited to Atlantic Records, Warner Records, 300 Entertainment, Asylum Records, ADA, and Warner Nashville.
Reps work part-time, up to 18 hours a week, and can receive college credits if necessary.
Here you’ll get to :
Create
You will create content pieces of your own promoting new releases, tour announcements, merch, playlists, and upcoming events utilizing your own creative spin and style.
You may attend shows and photograph WMG artists performing in your market. In addition, you may be responsible for editing raw footage collected from WMU events and activations taking place across the country into professional and cohesive pieces to be shared through various WMG and Warner Music U channels.

About you :

- You live for creating digital content and executing high-quality projects with limited resources, specializing in videography, photography, graphic design, editing, and / or animation.
- A creative storyteller with out-of-the-box ideas who can conceptualize a concept from ideation to execution.
- A self-starter excited about the idea of running projects without direct supervision.
- The challenge of creating content for artists early in their careers excites you, and you can think of many creative ways to do so.

A little bit about our team :
WMG's Digital Strategy & Business Development team is responsible for leading the global deal negotiations with digital service providers on behalf of Warner Music Group.
We strike deals with global distribution platforms and find new business opportunities in hopes of reaching audiences, growing monetization, and creating value for our labels and artists.
Your role :
WMG has made the strategic decision to bolster our podcasting presence by launching the podcast network, Interval Presents.
This role will be responsible for developing, executing and monitoring the social media marketing and presence of Interval Presents’ slate of podcasts.
Reporting into the Director of Marketing, this individual has their pulse on the latest social media trends and tactics that will help drive tune-in and build communities.
The ideal candidate would be based in New York.
Here you’ll get to :
- Find and create social communities for WMG’s slate of podcasts.
- Drive the organic social content strategy based on current best practices and tactics.
- Create paid social campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.
- Build the Interval Presents social media accounts from the ground up.
- Oversee social media content calendars across all platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Research and analyze the competitive landscape for social media podcast marketing.
- Embrace a start-up environment building a brand from the ground up.
About you :
- At least 5 years of social media marketing experience, with a background in podcasts, media and / or entertainment.
- A proven track record of building a social media following from the ground up.
- Experience building, managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across key social platforms
- Solid understanding of creative positioning, key art / video execution, advertising and entertainment marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills in the social media space with the ability to create campaigns in various brand voices.
- Experience utilizing social media analytics platforms to track performance and make recommendations.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
