Your New Role...
Position supervises the day-to-day functions of advertising and production of printed materials for Creative Services. Oversees the artistic development, as well as, supervises freelance design staff.
Your Role Responsibilities...
- Supervises day-to-day functions of advertising and production end of art department
- Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing creative and visual ad campaigns, as well as, marketing and promotional collateral across various WBD titles.
- Collaborates with design team to execute creative projects. Photo edits, executes extensive retouching and create composites for final high-resolution global assets.
Designs original layouts for photo-based initiatives including, but not limited to, cast shots, look books, media alerts, advertising, and social media assets.
- Responsible for ensuring that creative brief of television clients is successfully completed while meeting budget requirements
- Responsible for production of creative design through production of marketing materials, trade show graphics, outdoor advertising, and other custom projects
- As assigned, oversees and manages freelance personnel on specific projects
- Performs additional related duties as assigned
Your Qualifications & Experience...
Work Experience
- Minimum 10 years of production managing experience, preferably from within an entertainment studio or ad agency environment.
- Strong innovative design sense.
- Must be extremely knowledgeable of the print production process. Strong sense of color and typography.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field strongly preferred.
Knowledge / Skills
In addition to Microsoft, must have experience in and a working knowledge of all major design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign), be versed in all applicable file formats, server software and all aspects needed to accurately press check and proof a mechanical

Your New Role
This Production Assistant role is part of CNN’s Image+Sound Production Services unit. This team provides 24 / 7 production and editorial expertise to support CNN’s storytelling.
The Production Assistant is on the front lines of logging, identifying, and producing sound while adhering to the highest editorial & journalistic standards.
Your Role Accountabilities
Viewing video and creating descriptive narratives of visuals and sound that result in logs, shot sheets or transcripts for key video assets.
Supporting CNN’s television and digital platforms daily and oftentimes being the first set of eyes and ears on critical new elements.
Communicating with producers, newsgathering leaders, field producers, reporters, and others to help identify relevant information about the video you will log.
Production Assistants will have the opportunity to gain and demonstrate sound editorial judgment in their daily responsibilities.
This role is Atlanta based.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (typically in liberal arts such as journalism, English, political science) or similar demonstrated on the job experience.
Ability to successfully work in high pressure situations.
Demonstrated success working in a team environment.
A strong curiosity for current and historic events
A motivation to grow and adapt to a rapidly changing business
Typing skills (You must average 38-45 words per minute)
Command of the English language.
Ability to understand a variety of accents.
Willingness to stay focused for long periods of time while working in a fast-paced newsroom environment.

Your New Role
Warner Bros. Discovery’s Security Team in Washington D.C. is a team of elite security personnel who protect WBD’s employees and assets.
The security team is a uniform division made up of experienced, proactive men and women that work together as a cohesive unit.
The backgrounds of our diverse team are vast and cover many areas such as prior military, law enforcement, and security organizations worldwide.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Performs security patrols of a multi-story commercial office facility to ensure the safety of employees and the security of work spaces and critical infrastructure.
- Responds to emergency situations of various types including alarm activations, medical emergencies, evacuations, abusive or unruly persons, suspicious or threatening behavior, and other similar events.
- Manages unruly, abusive, or injurious individuals according to established policies and procedures and in accordance with local laws.
- Staffs security posts throughout the facility to screen visitors and guests and control access to employee work space.
- Escorts employees, staff, and visitors to parking facilities on foot or by driving a company vehicle as needed at varying times of day and in all weather conditions.
- Provides excellent customer service to employees, guests, and visitors while enforcing security policies and adhering to standard operating procedures and post orders.
- Uses computer applications and a variety of technology commonly found in commercial office environments, including desktop computers, telephones, printers, etc.
- Uses technology based physical security applications and equipment to monitor closed circuit television, facility access control, and a variety of alarms and systems that are vital to the business.
Qualifications & Experience...
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred.
- Valid state issued driver’s license is required, and have a responsible driving record.
- Two years military, law enforcement, or security experience strongly preferred. Retired military and law enforcement welcome.
- Ability to work full-time across any shift, including evenings and overnights, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays without restrictions.
- Possess interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and communicate with a variety of Warner Bros. Discovery employees, visitors, and supervisors under potentially stressful situations using verbal, written and electronic means of communication.
- Ability to respond to alarms, medical emergencies, and other similar incidents while following the standard operating and emergency response procedures within an acceptable period of time.
- Possess analytical skills necessary to inspect WBD property, ensure security of all Warner Bros. Discovery employees and visitors and prepare non-complex incident reports.
- Physical ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme physical environments, restrain and lift disruptive individuals of varying sizes and weight, and ability to go up and down multiple flights of stairs, often while carrying emergency equipment.
- Pass the pre-employment background investigation.
- Pass required certification training including without limitation, Adult & Pediatric First Aid / CPR / AED Certification.

The Job
As a Product Manager at Warner Bros Games, you will help research and evangelize the development & design frameworks that are winning in today’s cross-platform marketplace.
You will synthesize internal and external research into actionable data points to help drive the product strategy for a new AAA branded-F2P competitive multi-player sports-based game.
You will work as part of the Product Development team, coordinating closely with external development partners and internal product management teams to lay out the live operations for this exciting new project.
You will utilize user insights, analytics, best practices, market research and competitor analysis to help inform the strategic execution of this project.
You will work closely with a talented development team experienced in working across a variety of AAA titles, both premium and F2P! In this role you will support the Production Team and work in conjunction with the Development Team to develop and propose in-game events, promotions and store updates for the product.
You will assist in building out and / or validating live ops analytics, systems, & tools to enhance the live ops capabilities of the team and work in tandem with the developer on ideas to improve user engagement and monetization opportunities.
The Daily
- Help build and manage the game’s roadmap and Live Ops calendar
- Monitor game health metrics, using a mix of data and player feedback, to measure success and inform our priorities
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify product opportunities and understand industry trends
- Create and organize high-quality documentation to support ongoing Live Ops
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of game content, features, economy, and production pipeline
- Build models and forecasts to predict the impact of new features
- Analyze results of events, promotions, and store updates to help improve future activities and strategies
- Develop proposals for new in-game events, promotions, and store updates
- Develop, track, and manage project schedules and milestones to make sure all stakeholders are aligned and on track
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to prevent risks and to make sure the project is on track
- Educate all stakeholders on new game features, in-game events, promotions, and store updates
- Understand new game features, systems, and game balances
- Manage store updates including preparing and implementing store updates
- Ensure the ongoing success of titles by using tools such as Excel, Tableau / Looker dashboards, SQL, and statistical analysis to create actionable recommendations for your development teams and communicate the ongoing KPI impact of these recommendations.
The Essentials
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Product Management role
- Minimum 6 years work experience in the gaming industry, ideally on AAA product
- Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc)
- Experience running live-ops and engagement events in F2P games
- Strong familiarity with PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, iOS and Android marketplaces, trends and best practices
- Record of accomplishment via feature, promotional and business model recommendations.
- Strong project management experience and ability to work with and manage cross-functional units in order to advance business objectives
- Data science or Statistical analysis work in any field
- Thorough understanding of free-to-play games, business models, and Games as a Service (GaaS)
- Passion for gaming and the games industry
- BA / BS Degree .Background in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Design, Systems Design, Engineering, or Mathematics a plus.
- Effective communication skills including organizing and leading meetings
- An analytical, logical, innovative, and creative approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional product management skills (with experience at a features and systems level)
- Strong PC Skills, including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables, large data sets)
- Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines and locations to achieve results
