Walnut Street Café is in search of an engaging, courteous barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation.

The Barista will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders, accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks.

You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workplace, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

To succeed as a barista, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. You should be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.

Barista Requirements :

Two years’ experience in a café setting is preferred.

Exceptional Listening and Communication skills.

Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Availability to work 7am-4pm.

A polite, engaging personality.

Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Walnut Street Cafe is seeking Bartender

Scope includes :

• Cocktail curation
• Upkeep of storage, cleanliness, and organization of bar
• Applicants above all else should be hospitality driven, enthusiastic, timely, and flexible, seekers of excellence, and guest experience focused.
• Applicants should also be energetic, organized, highly motivated, and passionate about different styles of food / beer / wine / spirits with two years of prior bartending experience.

Location : Walnut Street Café is located at 2929 Walnut Street inside of the newly developed FMC Tower, one block from 30th Street Station.

The Post is located at 129 South 30th Street, just around the corner.
