At Vireo Resources, we are seeking a talented Warehouse Associate who shares our vision and wants to help us fulfill our mission!
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Warehouse Associate is an attentive and team-oriented individual who will perform a variety of tasks ensuring that manufactured products meet the highest standards of quality.
They will also have a high attention to detail and ensure that equipment involved in the manufacturing process is in good working order and being used in a safe manner.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Perform tasks requiring continuous / repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
- Perform warehouse duties as assigned by warehouse supervisor typically entailing the manual picking of material for production orders.
- Capable of picking and delivering materials to appropriate production areas based on warehouse guidelines.
- Exercise safe work practices.
- Maintain good housekeeping of work area.
- Perform all required inventory counts as required by established procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and production rates and strive to improve.
- Record and report all necessary information and computer input as requested.
- Prepare finished goods for shipping.
- Receive product and material used in the production process.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Able to follow written and or verbal instructions to specifications
- Able to climb, bend reach and perform repetitive motions
- Great problem-solving skills
- Forklift experience of 5 years
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT :
- Must be able to sit / stand for 8-10 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

- Base salary starting at $18.00 / hr + bonus base on company and personal performance
