Hospital Details Vibra Specialty Hospital of Portland, located in Portland, OR is a 65 bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.
Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning.
As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.
Responsibilities Performs a variety of duties to ensure the security of patients, visitors, staff and hospital assets. Documents security exposures and notifies appropriate personal of unusual activity inside or outside the hospital.
Interacts with patients and family members following the hospital’s channels of clinical, security, and administrative communication.
Required Skills : High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional Qualifications / Skills : One year of previous security service experience, military experience, or law enforcement experience preferred.
Previous healthcare security experience is also strongly preferred. Ability to de-escalate confrontations. Ability to project a professional image.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Additional Qualifications / Skills : Current, valid, and active driver’s license preferred. One year previous receptionist experience preferred.

Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning.
As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.
Responsibilities Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.
Functions under physician’s orders. Required Skills : Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy where accepted.
Masters Degree required otherwise. NBCOT registered and licensed per state of practice requirements. Current, valid, and active registration or license per state requirements in the state of employment required.
Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required. Additional Qualifications / Skills : One year of experience preferred.
