North American Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the North American Marketing lead the Digital Production Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for email, web and MMS.
They will work closely with the marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure designs align with both the brand's objectives and channel requirements.
To be successful you will execute impeccable attention to detail. You will also have a passion for design, continuous learning mindset and eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
How You Will Make a Difference
Create visually appealing and engaging content for email, web and MMS.
Create multiple creative iterations of emails to service our multiple consumer segments.
Support stakeholders to develop email A / B creative tests and implement key learnings in future executions.
Design responsive content for web to ensure content is consumer-centric and optimized for performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, ecommerce to ensure content meets brand objectives, accurately reflects our product and meets the channel requirements.
Conducting creative research and audits to inform design decisions and stay on top of industry trends.
Own the creative workflow from receiving a brief through to handoff for all digital assets.
Ensure brand guidelines are being upheld across our email, web and SMS channels.
Ask questions, research, and discuss with key stakeholders to get a clear understanding of what is expected based on the brief.
Work closely with the email and web channel leads.
Brainstorming ideas and concepts that align with the objectives. Consider the look & feel, imagery, copy and other elements that will help convey the message effectively.
Create content that solves the brief while keeping in mind strong digital design principles.
Share creative for feedback and make necessary changes.
Deliver the final design files in the appropriate format.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools.
Developing a high-volume of unique assets and subsequent iterations to service our email and web channels.
Executing and designing with a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Owning the creative workflow from receiving the brief through to the asset handoff for digital assets.

Senior Coordinator, Social Media
As a key member of The North Face Marketing Team, the Senior Coordinator, Social Media is responsible for the execution of content across social platforms.

Picker - To fill a customer's order by accurately and expediently picking the order sku's (stock keeping unit) and properly packing the units in the container in the flow rack or shelving areas.
- Walking at a steady pace to pick units from a wide range of aisles and bins
- Reaching and grasping to pick cartons and individual units from racking shelves and place picked units into totes
- Pushing a pick cart, pushing and pulling to move tote off and on conveyor and cart
- Low bending and high reaching to pick from low and high shelves
- Occasional lifting of up to 45# cartons or totes to place them on conveyor
- Must be able to walk up / down steps
Packer - To verify outbound accuracy of picked orders from Active Pick areas and pack units in shipping cartons, seal and send customer orders to shipping as efficiently and accurately as possible.

Position : Financial Analyst, Supply Chain
The primary responsibilities of the Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain position is to support the Director, Finance - Global Supply Chain and Senior Director, Global Supply Chain, FP&A in the development, implementation, global coordination and communication of strategic initiatives and business processes.

- Identify and propose enhancements in financial analysis. Critically review existing business and financial processes and recommend and drive enhancements with the Finance Manager.
- Support Finance Manager with analysis on logistics by region, brand and mode. Assist the brands with understanding during annual budget and regular forecasting process to ensure guidance is accurately reflected.
- Support the Finance Manager with monthly and quarterly distribution global expense reporting, including assistance with the budgeting and forecasting process, along with the Finance Manager.
- Develop an understanding for product cost reporting and assist the Finance Director with data compilation for the quarterly reporting process.

Coordinator, Outbound Logistics : Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
The Outbound Logistics Coordinator sitting in Ontario, CA, provides support to the Southern California Routing Supervisor in areas concerning outbound transportation from VF distribution centers.
Outbound transportation focus includes coordinating domestic transportation from VF DCs to wholesale, retail, and ecommerce customers.
How You Will Make a Difference :
- Support all outbound logistics and transportation related activities, in support of wholesale and DTC.
- Provide support to Ontario routing team and back up leadership to team supervisor, as needed.
- Ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to maximize sales, market share and profit for the company and customer.
- Provide support to Operations, Forecasting, DTC, Distribution and Customer Service teams.

- Participate in logistics metrics reviews.
- Support outbound logistics organization with identifying and implementing cost savings initiatives.
