Responsibilities :
- Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
- Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals
- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
- Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling

Qualifications :

Data Entry Specialist
The Data Entry Specialist position provides high-quality customer service with Vert Environmental. Primary duties include handling confidential client information and following the standards of Vert.
Data input of client information into the program’s database, running reports, supporting management in auditing service records.
Support staff to maintain client charts from opening to closing and archiving. Greet clients and all visitors to the office or lab.
Support reception staff as needed. Maintain office appearance and organization, and perform various tasks including maintaining meeting records, filing, copying, scanning, shredding, and other administrative support activities.

Responsibilities :
- Technical data input of environmental testing reports
- Creating invoices
- Answering phone calls, transferring, fielding questions, and calling clients
- Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients homeowners

- File organization, faxing, and other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications :

Responsibilities :
- Coordinates with sales, marketing, and other departments to develop and execute communication strategy.
- Evaluates, analyzes, and presents results of each initiative to management, and recommends changes to improve effectiveness.
- Oversees production of marketing materials; monitors for quality and adherence to company brand guidelines.
- Regularly reviews company web content to ensure consistency with company brand guidelines.
- Interfaces with webmaster to ensure web content is regularly updated.
- Assists with new service announcements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
