Job Description
The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, delivery, and reporting throughout the product lifecycle.
They will develop a roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight.
They will work closely with the Director of Solutions, SME(s), Delivery, Engineering, and other teams to deliver products that align with the vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard.
- Responsible for ensuring the product(s) strategy and roadmaps are aligned to the Vision defined by CPO and Director of Solutions
- Responsible for ensuring product(s) are managed through the portfolio prioritisation process
- Support Director of Solutions and SME(s) with market and competitor research to increase knowledge across the associated solution to continually improve business intelligence and awareness.
- Contribute to overall market strategy and segments and how the roadmap and capabilities of the product align
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends in Product Management, user experience best practices, market needs and competitive landscape to support continuous improvement
- Support Director of Solutions and SME(s) with business case for investments and gain internal approval
- Collect, manage, and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
- Responsible for ensuring product progress updates, risks and issues are managed and communicated following agreed process(s)
- Collaborate across the entire organization to drive execution and ensure Products are fit for purpose
- Responsible for ensuring product releases adhere to agreed processes and are managed to plan
- An escalation points for Delivery, Support, and Account Management when required to ensure the products are meeting client needs and implemented as defined from a Product perspective.
- Responsible for the scheduling and forecasting of single backlog of work into Engineering (Delivery and Product)
- Support SME with collation of feedback from sales and customers
- Be recognized as a Product leader in the business and build relations with internal stakeholders, including coaching and embedding of Product Management best practices
- Agreement party for any roadmap or development dependency in client sow or contract within the associated solution
- The production, management, review, and assurance of product documentation
- Contribute and support regular innovation forums with our customer base to bring about product innovation
- Responsible for 1 or more Products and the associated Product Owner(s)
- Any other duties commensurate to the grade of the role

Job Description
This role interfaces with the Product leaders, Reporting, Controllership, and other Corporate Finance teams. The Financial Analyst should be a self-starter who can work closely with senior leaders, deliver superior analytics, and own complex deliverables.
The responsibilities include :
- Providing support in the completion of month-end close activities, compiling financial statements, completing variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing and posting journal entries
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Lead monthly financial reviews with the senior leadership team
- Develop financial projections and build financial models. Prepare models to support strategic decision-making.
- Understand key business drivers, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. Perform research and analysis as required
- Work closely with the Billings team to ensure that there are no delays and revenue is accurate for the month.
- Prepare Ad-hoc Revenue and Expense analysis using pivot tables and v-lookups
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Help prepare Senior Management presentations / meetings (Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Forecast review meetings, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ work experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, and / or corporate finance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Comfortable with P&L Management and construction
- Experience performing variance analysis against budget and forecast and writing explanations
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI is a big plus
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Should be able to present to the senior management
- Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business environment
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Experience with Financial Systems : Smartview / Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft and nVision a plus

We are looking for a savvy Data Engineer to join our growing team of analytics experts. The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data pipeline architecture.
The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler with strong experience in handling data at scale.
The Data Engineer will support our software developers, data analysts and data scientists on various data initiatives.
This is a remote role that can be done anywhere in the continental US; work is on Eastern time zone hours.

This is a highly visible role within the enterprise data lake team. Working within our Data group and business analysts, you will be responsible for leading creation of data architecture that produces our data assets to enable our data platform.
This role requires working closely with business leaders, architects, engineers, data scientists and wide range of stakeholders throughout the organization to build and execute our strategic data architecture vision.
Job Duties
- Extensive understanding of SQL queries. Ability to fine tune queries based on various RDBMS performance parameters such as indexes, partitioning, Explain plans and cost optimizers.
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS technologies stack
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
- Working with data scientists and industry leaders to understand data needs and design appropriate data models.
- Participate in the design and development of the AWS-based data platform and data analytics.
Qualifications
Skills Needed
- Design and implement data ETL frameworks for secured Data Lake, creating and maintaining an optimal pipeline architecture.
- Examine complex data to optimize the efficiency and quality of the data being collected, resolve data quality problems, and collaborate with database developers to improve systems and database designs
- Hands-on building data applications using AWS Glue, Lake Formation, Athena, AWS Batch, AWS Lambda, Python, Linux shell & Batch scripting.
- Hands on experience with AWS Database services (Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora etc.)
- An understanding of data management fundamentals, including concepts such as data dictionaries, data models, validation, and reporting.
Education and Training
- Minimum of 5 years full-time software engineering experience with at least 2 years in an AWS environment focused on application development.
