What we’d expect from you :
- Five to seven years of experience managing large, complex projects for strategic technology initiatives with excellent management, organizational, project definition, planning, prioritization, and resource management skills.
- Five or more years of experience in IT business / industry and strong business acumen.
- Deep understanding of technology modernization, simplification, and / or application rationalization.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating diverse teams with ability to drive effort, engagement, interpersonal dynamics, and results through matrix management.
- A high degree of political sensitivity, astuteness, and the ability to use the informal power structure of the organization to achieve project success and overcome obstacles.
- Strong consulting skills, including facilitation of large meetings / complex issues, change management and development of sound recommendations based on effective research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively interact or present to with various levels of management / associates, technology, and internal and external partners / vendors, including the ability to explain and sell the project goals and objectives.
- Ability to develop and deliver projects with financial and resource constraints. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, strategic planning and execution skills.
- Experience with at least one project / program management methodology (e.g., PMI, agile)
- Knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) with evidence of practical application.

Must Haves
- You have 4+ years experience as a data scientist or data analyst in which you have extracted meaning from big data sets with little engineering support.
- You have mastery of SQL (experience with BigQuery a plus), are proficient in R / Python and other scripting / automation techniques, and actively try new approaches to advance your technical skills.
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization software is a plus.
- You are an expert in sophisticated analyses and have experience with advanced statistical methods (ex. Propensity Score Matching, Causal Impact, Regression Models).
Nice-to-Haves
You have experience guiding and scaling marketing efforts and a deep understanding of marketing theory and practice. In particular, having worked on measurement techniques, such as customer lifetime value, survival and attrition models, attribution models, marketing mix models, and experimental design.
You are passionate about reproducible work and have picked up tools to this end; you have acted as a mentor, guiding others how to make their own work better and more efficient.
