Calaway Young Cancer Center is looking for a PRN Patient Care Tech, CNA, or MA to join their team!

This position provides assistance to providers and nursing staff for general patient assessments, rooming patients, outpatient exams and treatment, filing / retrieving medical records, and general office clerical duties.

Requirements :

• Current Colorado CNA license (DORA) or credentialed as a Registered / Certified Medical Assistant is required.
• Recent healthcare experience in related field, in lieu of CNA or MA is also considered.
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Experience with an EMR (electronic medical record) a plus.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

We're looking for a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Roaring Fork Family Practice Full Time!

This is a day , evenings, rotating weekends position!

As the Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner you will

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of quality and safe patient care; collaborates with physicians within the framework of approved guidelines and protocols, follows established clinical protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
• Provides clinical leadership and expertise when working with other clinical / ancillary personnel, maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES :

As a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, the LCSW provides patient-centered care, assessment, care planning, intervention, consultation, and referral for services where the social, economic, emotional or psychological circumstances of the patient presents barriers to care and / or an optimum level of function.

QUALIFICATIONS : Education :

Education :

• Possession of a valid license through the State of Colorado, Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Skills :

• Behavioral health counseling, crisis assessment, use of DSM for diagnosing mental disorders.
• Experience working with providers, clinical staff and knowledge of psycho-social community resources.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
