Job Description :
Location : Indianapolis, IN (On-site with a 2 day WFH Hybrid Option)
Role Description
This role will support the strategic focus of revenue generation and billing accuracy.Activities include providing data analysis support for driving different revenue streams and supporting project initiatives within the Revenue and Billing Department.
This position will report to the Sr. Revenue Data Analyst locally in Indianapolis providing direct oversight and mentoring.
Work with cross-functional groups including the Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance teams on projects assigned by the Sr. Revenue Data Analyst will be a key focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis to support non-traditional invoicing outside of currently integrated systems.
- Identify opportunities to further integrate system data to drive more efficient billing.
- Support consolidation and simplification of current account set ups in the Billing System.
- Assist in maintaining Billing KPI and metric dashboards.
- Assist in identifying and documenting process improvement opportunities, initiate automation in current manual processes.
- Support ad-hoc projects as customer reviews occur.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, or related field
- 1-2 Years experience in an analytical role
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools a plus

Our technicians spend their workdays on the go, independently working in the field using their company-provided vehicle. You will utilize our state-of-the-art ticket and claims management systems to ensure clear and complete mark-out services for the excavator or property owner at the work site.
This advanced technology ensures that you have the resources necessary to be successful.
Your Responsibilities as a Locator :
Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.
Work outdoors in the fresh air, using a company-provided laptop to document and close all tickets. We have a 48-hour turnaround time on most locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed.
These are daytime, full-time positions and overtime will be required. Instructor-led training will be provided. No prior locating experience is necessary.

What We Need from You (Our Requirements) :
Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Previous outdoor experience is a plus.
Able to work in a confined space; walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Location : 100% on-site, this is not a remote position. 9045 River Road, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
Position Summary
The Manager, Commercial Finance reports to the Director, Commercial Finance. The role will partner closely with the Sales organization to develop customer profitability reviews, analyze new business opportunities, and improve management reporting around revenue and price.
The successful candidate will build strong business partnerships with the sales team and create financial models to enable fact-based decision making.
This role is instrumental to achieving the company's objectives around organic growth and EBITDA accretion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to develop pricing and customer profitability models
- Develop pricing strategies and scenarios in support of customer contract negotiations
- Analyze new business opportunities to drive fact-based decision making
- Refine and develop regular reporting of key financial and commercial metrics
- Track results and partner with sales leadership and HR to enhance sales compensation programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 5+ years relevant experience in finance or related field
