Urgent Care for Kids by Goodside Health currently has 13 clinic locations across Texas and is rapidly growing. We are driven to provide excellent patient care and customer service.

We are on the hunt for sharp and innovative Nurse Practitioners, PNP-FNP -or- Physician Assistants certified to work in Urgent Care to work in our Dallas / Fort Worth area Pediatric Urgent Care clinics who share our core values : Passion, Humility, Adaptability, Nurture, and Experience.
We have several different types of positions available!
In this position, you'll work under the supervision of the site physician(s) and work collaboratively with the clinic care team to render age-appropriate care.
You will practice under established protocols. You will also assume independent responsibilities in the assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of treatment and procedures.

1) Core-Staff Part-Time

DFW East Region Openings :
Requires floating to regional clinics : Frisco, Garland, McKinney and Plano
1) Core-Staff Full-Time
2) Core-Staff PRNs- weekdays
2) Core-Staff PRNs- weekends
2) SEASONAL part-time (11 / 1 / 23-1 / 31 / 24)
Clinic Hours of Operation :
Monday-Friday : 12pm - 9pm
Saturday-Sunday : 9pm - 5pm

Requirements :
- Urgent care work experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric assessment and treatment; 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP, FNP) -or- Physician Assistant
- Knowledge of Urgent Care Procedures : Laceration Repair, initial management of fractures, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow
- Knowledge of related OSHA and CLIA guidelines and requirements, general office tasks, confidentiality and filing system
- Current, valid, unencumbered license as a registered nurse (RN) from the Texas Board of Nursing
- Active Certification - By national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-BC / FNP-BC) -or- NCCPA
- PALS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Willingness to cover weekdays and weekends, along with willingness to travel to cover clinics within your market region
