is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in the Philadelphia or Cherry Hill areas who will develop and lead mechanical engineering design projects.

The types of projects include renovations and ground-up designs for high-rise buildings, multi-unit housing, commercial and academic buildings, public facilities, transit / bus stations, and maintenance facilities.

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for project management of existing and future projects
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines
  • Generate new business and maintain existing business
  • Act as the lead / lone contact for clients
  • Manage project budgets
  • Responsible for the technical direction of other professionals and technical staff Job Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 - 9 years of experience in mechanical engineering and design
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is required
  • PE license preferred
  • HVAC system design experience required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with clients
  • Must live within or be relocating to within a reasonable commute of our Philadelphia, PA or Cherry Hill, NJ offices. Benefits of working at Urban :

Hybrid telecommute eligible to one of these locations. Fully remote work is not available for this role. Salary : $80000 - $125000 / year The rate of pay depends on experience and location.
