Job Summary

This position provides input and support for full systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.

He / She performs tasks within planned durations and established deadlines. This position collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication and support the achievement of objectives.

He / She provides knowledge, development, maintenance, and support for applications.

Responsibilities :

• Experience with Agile Development, C#, .NET and SQL Programming
• Knowledge of CI / CD, Azure DevOps and GIT
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent

Salary Range : $74,400- 106,020

This compensation range is based on skills, experience, your work location and comparison to other employees already in this role.

Warehouse Associates are responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, sorting, and stocking packages. All work is performed in a warehouse setting.

This is a general labor type job that requires unloading packages out of trailers and then loading the packages into the UPS trucks based on the destination city / postal code.

In addition to these responsibilities, we’re always looking for associates to help move our cars around the property all you need is a G class driver's license! Employees who help move our cars in and out of the warehouse do not drive off property.

No experience necessary we will train you!

The UPS Scanner is responsible for scanning all inbound and outbound packages.

Job Responsibilities

The UPS Scanner is responsible for :

• Scanning packages using UPS scanning systems
• Pulling paperwork from packages and processing C.O.D paperwork
• Scanning thousands of packages a shift
• Working in a warehouse environment hot and cold
• Working in a very fast paced environment
• Able to lift 70lbs
• Working Monday to Friday; (shifts are 3-5 hours in length, 5 shifts a week)

This position provides inbound telephone customer support and determines the nature of the call or inquiry. He / She communicates with internal / external customers on a daily basis vis phone, fax, an email.

This position inputs and processes shipments, domestic and international, in accordance with UPS and government policies.

This position inspects physical assets (e.g., buildings, vehicles, etc.) to identify potential security issues and reviews service failure reports to identify employee dishonesty incidents and procedural breakdowns.

He / She investigates losses, compliance violations, and possible criminal activity. This position presents investigation findings to management and government agencies to ensure appropriate incident responses.

• Audits quality and integrity policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Monitors employee disciplinary data.
• Analyzes investigation results and the root cause of losses to determine preventive measures.
• Analyzes research and surveillance data, interviews investigation subjects to obtain written incident statements, and prepares accurate and thorough case files.
• Develops customized security procedures for external customers.
• Determines employee training needs to produce continuous development plans.
• Conducts performance evaluations and resolves individual and group performance issues.
