We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Analyst to join Insurance Services Division to conduct comprehensive analyses for various UPMC Health Plan products and programs.

This individual will have the opportunity to drive critical decision-making through their analyses.

The ideal candidate must use their knowledge and understanding of financial, clinical, and other business concepts to identify opportunities to improve clinical and financial performance.

Responsibilities :

The Administrative Assistant - Associate, under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.

Responsibilities :

  • Under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.
  • Orders office supplies and maintains office equipment.
  • Helps supervisor and department prepare presentations (, edits, prints, basic formatting functions).
  • Sorts, distributes, prioritizes and composes routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.

  • Greets, screens, and directs visitors to appropriate staff member.
  • Up to one year administrative experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, electronic mail / calendar, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software.
  • Ability to use applicable MS Suite products.
  • Knowledge of business processes and procedures.
  • Ability to use basic reasoning skills.
