We need your knowledge and enthusiasm! Personality is key when behind our bar! Having a good time while creating a connection with our guest will create a following! Get ready to mix, garnish and serve beverages according to our delish recipes! • Ensure that every guest receives exceptional overall experience.* Be knowledgeable of all food & beverage offerings and offer suggestions to ensure an optimal dining experience.
• Setup, breakdown and maintain a clean and stocked bar by executing all opening, running and closing side work. This includes, but is not limited to, prepping garnishes, folding napkins, wiping down all bottles, organizing end-of-night financials, restocking.
• Provide beverages for dining guests via the service bar.* Assist all staff by being a source of knowledge for all beverages.
