ABOUT THE ROLE

TEAM :

Univision is seeking a talented Stagehand for its Miami, Florida facility to assemble / disassemble, relocate, and maintain sets and props.

YOUR DAY-DAY :

• Assemble and set up backdrops, scenery and set pieces for rehearsals and productions

The Production Operations team at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Utility to join our team and assist the Camera Operators and Floor Managers during show productions with general studio functions including any needs that may arise on the floor.

• Pull cables for the Camera Operators during shows
• Operate teleprompter as needed
• Assist the Floor Manager with cables, sets, props and traffic on the studio floor
• Place microphones, IFB, and other related communication equipment on talent and ensure that they are working properly

TEAM :

TelevisaUnivision is currently seeking for dynamic Activations Technicians who will contribute in station branding promotional activities for both radio and television.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, bilingual, and have a flexible schedule. The Activations Technician will be part of a team which will execute various activities for special events and station appearances.

This will include Interfacing with clients, listeners, and public during off site promotional activities. Remote technicians must be able to collaborate creatively with the Sales, Programming & Promotions staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the preparation of activations and other tasks such as organization of inventory, station props and station equipment.
• Set Up & breakdown radio & TV station promotional activities (community events / branded station events / concerts / station activities).

The Social Impact Team is dedicated to delivering on the Company’s commitment to empower and serve the US Hispanic community.

Our team is responsible for developing purpose-driven programs and implementing strategies that positively influence society through content, operations, and community & employee engagement initiatives.

We also support the operations and development of the Univision Foundation.

The Director of Foundation Relations forges relationships to expand TelevisaUnivision’s visibility, impact, and underwriting of our initiatives.

The director will lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive development strategy to identify, cultivate and secure new funding that allows TelevisaUnivision and Univision Foundation to deepen, strengthen and expand its social impact projects to serve the Hispanic community.

This position works with Univision Foundation Board of Directors, the Social Impact team, content creators and executive leadership within TelevisaUnivision.

• Identify, develop, and deliver long-range strategic partnerships and grant projects with various Foundations, including the renewal of existing grant partners.
• Manage grant projects from conception to completion - from the creation of the strategy and proposal, to overseeing the execution, scope, budget, timelines and then creating impact reports that include analytic metrics and analysis of campaigns;

all while meeting the partner’s goals and objectives.

• Serve as the liaison with TelevisaUnivision content creators, scheduling regular check-in calls to ensure projects are on track.
• Serve as the face of the organization and participate in external events to increase visibility, credibility, and market brand, and develop strategic partnerships to further increase community awareness and expand programs.

Increase awareness of the organization by being the main spokesperson and liaison with local media.

• Continue building an engaged board of directors. Manage and collaborate with the board directors and its committees to execute the organizations mission and vision.
• Develop a cohesive community engagement and communication strategy, oversee all external communications, including website, marketing collateral, newsletters, and social media.

YOU HAVE :
