Housekeeper
Based in Beverly Hills, UTA is seeking a professional Housekeeper who will be able to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
The goal is to supervise the work activities of the housekeeping personnel to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests and employees that will contribute to maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
This role will pay $18.50 per hour.
What You Will Do :
- General office, workspace, and kitchen maintenance
- High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
- Stock kitchen supplies and maintain kitchens for cleanliness
- Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
- Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Ensure all pantries are stocked based on Agent or Executive preference
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action
- Creates and implements detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
- Implements monthly inspections of pantries
- Implements monthly inspections of conference rooms to detect maintenance issues
- Maintains inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis

Supervisor, Housekeeping
UTA is seeking a Supervisor, Housekeeping to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all workspace and common areas of our office facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
This role will pay $28 per hour.
What You Will Do
- Supervise 14 Housekeepers and oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
- Conduct monthly inspections of pantries, storages, and conference rooms to detect maintenance issues
- Maintain inventory of food and supplies in the pantry on a weekly basis
- Monitor and ensure team is attentive to housekeeping team email and 2-way radio messaging to ensure proper communication and allocation to Housekeeping team
- Assist with department work scheduling that includes vacation / sick coverage schedule and overtime
- Review daily conference room schedules to ensure proper coverage is relayed to the team
- Ensure that all open areas within office, workspace, and kitchen areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies control
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
- Previous work experience in a supervisory role or similar
- Must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Experience providing high level customer service
- High school diploma required
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds or greater
- Must be tech savvy and proficient in MS Suite : Outlook, Word, Excel
- Leader with problem solving skills
- Strong coach - gives effective feedback, grows and develop the team every day

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
