• Shipment Processing :
• Channeling your inner explorer to make daring choices of airlines and carriers.
• Unraveling the mysteries of TSA rules to determine if shipments are Known or Unknown.
• Orchestrating seamless pick-ups, communicating with clients to arrange and coordinate shipments.
• Preparing meticulous documentation that tells the captivating story of our logistical triumphs.
• Acting as an expeditor, skillfully resolving any delivery issues that dare to cross your path.
• Fearlessly analyzing flaws in procedures and fearlessly suggesting system modifications to your awe-struck supervisor.
• Collaborating with our overseas partners, forging powerful alliances and charting new paths to business growth.
• Accounting :
• Unleashing your financial prowess to ensure our shipments are not only awe-inspiring but profitable.
• Masterfully invoicing shipments, turning mere numbers into a symphony of financial triumph.
• Working closely with our accounting team, as you audaciously audit invoices and correct any discrepancies that dare to challenge your meticulous eye for detail.
• Sales Support :

Qualifications :
