We are looking for someone who is highly organized and can help improve our logistics processes and problem solve when needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Executing the shipping process to ensure on-time, cost-optimized, efficient delivery of goods, services and components as per identified demands and requirements
  • Managing shipping processes and ensuring delivery confirmation and reliability
  • Solicits bids, analyzes quotations received and selects recommended suppliers
  • Manage RFP process and work toward a competitive bidding model

  • 5+ years in the logistics environments, aviation is a plus.

  • Thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
  • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
  • Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
