We are seeking a File Clerk / Data Entry Clerk for an established company in the greater Pasadena, CA area. Pay ranges from $19-23 / hour.

Responsibilities :

Creating and maintaining an efficient filing system.

Locate and retrieve specific files or documents from the filing system.

Ensure that records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Responsible for the proper archiving and storage of records that are no longer actively used but need to be retained for legal or historical purposes.

Enter relevant information from documents into computer systems or databases.

Must maintain a high level of accuracy in their work and aim for efficiency.

Handle sensitive and confidential information and adhere to privacy and security protocols.
