The Front Desk Representative is the first line of contact for members and guests. They deliver the Ultimate Service Promise by providing superior customer service while assisting members with purchases and directing membership inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Front Desk Customer Service
- Warmly greets members and guests as they enter and leave the club.
- Answers incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner and transfers phone calls promptly and to the right department or individuals.
- Checks in members and verifies membership; signs up members for group fit or ultimate classes.
- Registers prospective members and directs them to the membership department.
- Addresses members’ questions or direct them to the appropriate individual for better assistance.
- Sells supplements, apparel and other UFC GYM retail items to members.
- Rings up purchases on the POS system and provides accurate change.
- Maintains a professional image and behavior at all times- avoids eating, sitting, reading, internet surfing, using a personal cell phone or other activities which are not work related.
- Responds professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
- Provides information to members regarding special club events.
- Immediately reports or escalates to management any unsafe conditions or emergency situations.
Administrative
- Keeps front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times.
- Performs opening and closing procedures for the front desk, as assigned.
- Attends monthly meetings or other scheduled meetings.
- Assist with inventory or product pricing, as needed.
- Calls all past due members regarding late dues and down payments.

Janitorial
Janitorial is responsible for the cleaning operations of the entire club and ensures that the Gym, Offices, Kids Club, and Juice Bar are clean and organized throughout the day and night.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Housekeeping Duties
Clean windows, glass doors and mirrors in the gym.
Wipe down equipment, doors and floors regularly.
Empty all trash receptacles daily.
Sweep, vacuum and mop floors / stairwells / staircases.
Shampoo the carpet as needed.
Dust and clean exercise equipment.
Clean and disinfecting the toilets, shower stalls and changing areas.
Pick up debris and spillage promptly.
Restock the locker room and toilets.
Clean and disinfect food preparation areas.
Maintain all supplies and cleaning equipment in good condition in designated storage areas.
Clean all MMA areas including mats, octagon and bags.
Change light bulbs.
Immediately report any areas of concerns to management (such as leaks, malfunctioning fixtures and equipment, slow drainage, any mold or infestations).
Respond to member requests and report any member complaints immediately to management.
Complete checklists and logs in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician oversees the Clubs upkeep. Maintain the day-to-day maintenance operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the Club.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Club and Equipment Maintenance
- Ensures proper operation of all club areas including Exterior and Entrance areas, Sales Area, Exercise and Cardio Rooms, Weight Rooms, Locker Rooms, Dry Sauna, Kids Club Area, Group Fitness Room, Bag Room, Mat Room, Juice Bar and Gym Store, Kids Gym, Employee Break Room, Storage Room and any other areas that are located within UFC Gym premises.
- Performs monthly fire extinguisher checks.
- Works closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager and Director of Operations to discuss club maintenance needs and repairs.
- Conducts a daily walk-through with the Operations Manager and maintains a Maintenance Log and ensures follow through and communication on these items.
- Conducts a daily safety walk-through of the Facility to identify and address any immediate safety concerns. Meets with the Director of Operations on a regular basis in the club to do a walkthrough in the club.
- Works on special projects as directed by the General Manager and Operations Manager.
- Maintains the history file on all equipment.
- Procure repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Performs monthly OSHA safety checks as required on the OSHA / PM guidelines.
- Has been trained in and follows all OSHA, company and Facilities department safety guidelines on a daily basis.
- Preventative Maintenance
- Performs preventative maintenance as directed by PM Log and UFC GYM Corporate Office and individual manufacturer specifications.
- Maintains a log of Preventative Maintenance.
- Reports any substandard cleanliness issues to the Operations Manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

The Personal Trainer is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service and Private Training.
Coaches are responsible for the successful attainment of revenue goals pertaining to Private Training and Supplements. This position requires a minimum of one day on the weekend.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sales Execution on Key Metrics
- Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
- Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
- Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts, etc).

- Assist in revenue generating activities (complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, workshops).
