Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations including Amazon Prime Video, the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.
We have a team of just over 500 Two Circlers working from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base.
This role sits with our Content Team connecting fans using digital platforms. Our services include creative and video content production, digital marketing campaigns, strategy, consultancy, full management of digital and social media platforms and commercialisation of digital platforms.
In 2019, we also launched Diversity in Sports, an individually tailored programme that supports under-represented talent in the sport and digital industries.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative studio offering in the USA, reporting to our US Design Lead, working alongside our wider Two Circles Marketing and Consultancy teams for a groundbreaking project with one of the world’s biggest - and most famous - sports rightsholders.
About you
The ideal candidate will be a sports fanatic with a detailed eye for brand and design. You will be a highly productive and creative individual capable of creating best-in-class digital assets that demand attention on social.
You will be able to take basic brand guidelines and help them evolve. You will enjoy working to longer deadlines on proactive briefs, but also have the flair to react to emerging sporting narratives with quick turnaround creative treatments.
Your main duties & responsibilities :
Knowledge of NFL : The designer should have a good understanding of the sport they are designing for, including its rules, teams, players, and current events.
This will help them create engaging and relevant designs.
Design skills : The designer should have strong skills in graphic design, including knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
They should also have experience using design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Creativity : The designer should be able to come up with creative and unique ideas for social media graphics that capture the excitement and energy of live sports events.
- Attention to detail : The designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce high-quality designs that are error-free and visually appealing.
- Ability to work under pressure : Live sports events can be fast-paced and unpredictable, so the designer should be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication skills : The designer should be able to communicate effectively with their team, as well as take feedback and make changes to their designs accordingly.
- Knowledge of social media platforms : The designer should be familiar with the various social media platforms and their design requirements, such as aspect ratios and file formats.
- Flexibility and adaptability : Live sports events can be unpredictable, so the designer should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in their approach to design
The ideal background and skills we are looking for include :
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in sports-related design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant design software.
Hard-working, attentive to detail, willing to learn and able to work independently
