About the Role:

Come create the future of livestreaming at Twitch!  As a member of Twitch’s BD team, you’ll use industry acumen, your existing network, and curiosity to create new initiatives across strategic B2B partners. 

To support our growth, we are looking for an accomplished, motivated, and data-driven Business Development Manager with experience building relationships, formulating creative deal structures, and closing complex, first-of-a-kind partnerships. You will report to the Senior Director of Business Development and will manage Twitch partnerships including opportunities in social platforms, telecommunications, consumer products, payments, and more so you will navigate almost any industry or sector.  You will support the global strategy, build a pipeline, and implement opportunities alongside the marketing, content, and sales teams.  You are forward-looking, strategic, and able to close deals that benefit Twitch communities while navigating support across multiple teams.

You Will:

- Independently identify, source, and close high impact partnership agreements with non-gaming companies (e.g. Ad Tech, Consumer Brands, OEMs, Telecommunication companies and other digital services that are repeatable and scalable). This includes developing strategy within a sector by applying relevant data points to make informed decisions and bring important internal team members onboard from initial negotiations through execution to ensure successful long-term partnerships.
- Lead multiple engagements simultaneously over a variety of business categories including commerce, digital media, mobile, advertising, and web services from sourcing to go-to-market. This includes driving financial modeling, legal engagements, co-marketing discussions, and appropriate internal reporting including P&L management.
- Explore new business categories with an opportunity assessment and then build external partner relationships quickly. This includes working backwards from both companies' goals such as understanding their needs, visions, and strategy of our new partners and the teams you will represent.
- Articulate product vision and strategies to both internal and external partners by providing relevant insights to our teams based on customer feedback and data analysis.

About the Role

The Video Platform team is building the future of interactive video to serve both Twitch.tv and the AWS community through our recently launched AWS offering, the Amazon Interactive Video Service (IVS). With trillions of minutes of video being delivered every year on our platform, we need a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage the delivery of our services.

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will ensure the teams are delivering the highest quality products and services predictably while meeting the technical needs of our community. You will guide both strategy and tactical decision-making to deliver complex cross-team programs. As well as partner with program managers to help support the strategic deliverables while working with engineering to support important technical efforts. Customer Trust (CT) ensures that our community knows that we have their back.   • Develop the statistical models that forecast Safety Report Volume and Inbound Customer Support Ticket Volume

About the Role:

Reporting into the Chief Content Officer; you will lead the team at Twitch responsible for developing the strategies, operations and programs to allow Twitch to accomplish our vision of a diverse global economy of multiplayer creators. Creator Expansion was established in 2022 with a core remit of activating new types of creators, who create a broader diversity of content to successfully stream, develop and engage their communities on Twitch. This is an important role which involves overseeing the main functions of Creator Expansion - Strategy and Planning, Programming, Program Management and Acquisitions and Programs. 

We are looking for an original thinker with senior leadership experience in the live streaming landscape and a deep working knowledge of the creator economy.

You will lead the work of building and testing hypotheses around the drivers of individual creator success using observations on what types of creators are seeing success both on and off Twitch. You will need to demonstrate the ability to interrogate a high volume of hypotheses with short-term experimental investments.  The successful output of this work is development of a knowledge base and playbook upon which future growth investment, creator selection and creator success decisions can be based. An extremely rigorous data-driven approach is required to summarize and find insights from a combination of metrics, observed behaviors and outcomes derived from experimentation.

You Will:
  • Guide global investment strategy for creator type expansion in keeping with Twitch’s mission, strategy and growth goals.
  • Oversee  all aspects of new creator type investment, including prioritization, selection and development from initial profiling, selection and performance optimization.

About the Role:

On the Commerce mobile team, our customer focus is on users who primarily use mobile devices to access Twitch. We want to build experiences that feel native to the mobile app and help mobile users feel like they can be part of the Twitch community by lowering the barriers to participation. You will work in a native app, used by more than a millions users each day, with modern technologies like Kotlin, RxJava, MVP and Coroutines.

You will report to Monetization's Mobile & Tactical Growth Director of Engineering.

Location: Remote Friendly (US/Canada), with offices in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle.

You Will:
  • Develop and deliver new product features for our Android application
  • Improve engineering processes and tools to increase the teams effectiveness
  • Contribute to team planning and design discussions
  • Work with teams and organizations to bring value to our creators and viewers
  • Communicate complicated technical problems to both technical and business audiences
