ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for ensuring a consistent flow of services to guest and cocktail servers by assisting bartender with their job functions.
- Knowledge of Beers, wines, liquors and non-alcoholic products including dry goods.
- Knowledge of tapping and removing beer kegs.
- Knowledge of SNHD protocol.
- Communicate effectively with management for any product missing or out of date.
- Collaborate with management team and bartenders to perform regular inventories, ascertain par levels for items and compile weekly orders.
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the bar tops, bar wells, floors, coolers and related job storage.
- Maintains par stock levels during and before end of shift.
- Process all requisition from beverage vendors and / or any warehouse confirming all items were properly ordered and received.
- Distribute all orders to the appropriate locations.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift and bend.
- Perform all other job-related duties as requested.

Recommended Casino Barback experience but not required.
Must be 21 years old.
Must have or be able to acquire a valid NV Health Card, TAM and Non-Gaming Card. Be able to reach, bend, pull and lift up to 30 lbs.

Casino Porter

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains complete knowledge of, and complies with, all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
- Maintains familiarity with all Casino services including Cov-19 guidelines, features, local attractions, and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Maintains the highest standards to ensure the quality / cleanliness and disinfection of the casino, public areas, offices, and other areas, as designated.
- Cleans between slot machines, removes papers, glasses, debris, and discards all empty bottles.
Wipes down all slot machines high and low using a ladder or step stool as required, disinfect change booths, and change banks, in assigned areas.
Reviews assigned area and completed general removal of trash / debris.
Empties and cleans ashtrays / urns and trashcans.
- Cleans all bathrooms in assigned areas, as outlined in job procedures, and as trained.
- Ensures all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat, and orderly always.
- Exercises care in the use of cleaning supplies, methods, and equipment, while following all safety guidelines.
- Uses correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, in accordance with OSHA regulations, and in adherence to established guidelines / procedures.
- Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention.
- Ensures security of any assigned keys, radios, beepers, etc.
- Reports emergencies, needed maintenance, and safety hazards in assigned areas to supervisor.

We are looking for a Model Pool Cocktail Server to provide a service in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on casino floor and lounge.
- Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses / bottles and cleaning ashtray.
- Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.
- Complete side duties including but not limited to replenish straws, napkins and all items needed to fulfill job duties.
- Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
- Communicate orders into system through bartender ensuring transmission is verified.
- Deliver extraordinary service to every guest while intermingling and entertaining in a professional manner.
- Requires standing and walking continuously with a tray up to 20lbs throughout the shift.

Electrician
We are looking for a Full Time, hourly Electrician Engineer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all national electrical codes are followed for the State of Nevada.
- Ensure that once a year electrical panels have preventive maintenance done on them.
To include cleaning, checking for hotspots, maintaining the panel schedule and testing shunt switches, kitchen hood fire suppression systems and elevator shunt switches with the Clark County Fire Department or Building Department.
- Ensure all emergency lighting is tested and in working order per the national fire prevention code and local building codes.
- Ensure that interior and exterior light are checked for outages or repairs.
For the following : building, light poles, signs, landscape ground lights, stairwells, offices, hotel room, all public areas and equipment.
- Ensure that we are constantly working towards being energy efficient.
- Ensure that we follow OSHA requirements for safety is followed when working by one’s self or around other employees and our guest using our public areas.
- Ensure that inspections, drawings and documentations for the annual facilities permit from the building department are maintained.
- Ensure we are always using the proper safety equipment when working with, in or around electrical and the use of tools.
- Ensure that good stocks of electrical parts are on hand for projects or any necessary repairs get done in a timely manner.
- Ensure the emergency generator is run once a month for 15 minutes to determine it is in proper working order.

- Ensure to maintain MSDS sheets for any liquids, chemicals or powder that might be used in the electrical department.
