Position Description : Provide equipment procurement services within the defined scope and quality specified by the contract document.
Reports to : Logistics Manager or Logistics Regional Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities* :
- Resolve procurement issues with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, owner’s representatives.
- Ensure equipment / procurement packages are compliant with drawings and specifications.
- Manage project budgets.
- Manage project submittals and shop drawings. Assess conformance to contract specifications. Resolve interpretation conflicts.
- Negotiate and manage change orders within scope of authority and submit for approval by Logistics Manager. Prepare independent analysisObtain and check estimates for vendor changesObtain approval(s)Resolve conflicts
- Oversee the close-out process. Prepare final records for the project such as Requests for Information (RFI’s), close-out records, warranties, as-builts, Operations and Maintenance manuals (O&Ms), attic stock, and spare parts, and evaluate information to insure compliance with contract documents.
- Supervise staff such as Engineering Assistant and / or Assistant Logistics Engineer.
- Assist in preparation of scope of work documents, coordination matrices and bid documents for vendor bid packages.
- Develop Purchase Orders. Track vendor requirements and communicate those to National Logistics group.
- Develop reports such as, project budget reports, cost reports, General Conditions items, change order logs and close out logs.
- Schedule and manage vendor coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings and submittal review meetings.
- Job site and factory visits required.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of four years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and BIM.
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel.

Position Description : Leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and / or Turner trade labor. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget of the project.
The Superintendent has supervisory responsibility for Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns and trade labor in his / her area of responsibility.
Strong healthcare construction experience required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities* :
- Oversee and making decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and trade employee staffing levels.
- Oversee work among assigned trades to promote a coordinated project operations. Resolving local area problems regarding procedures, precedence, design clarifications, adequate labor and equipment schedule and all other appropriate matters.
- Manage the overall site safety program as required and ensuring subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
- Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and / or Interns, as assigned, including providing input on or completing performance appraisals.
- Create schedules and determine sequencing of work. Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule.
- Communicate with owners and architects / engineers in connections with field issues. Investigate and resolve such issues.
- Manage the billing process as it relates to Work In Place (WIP) and overseeing the monthly estimate of work completed, payrolls, material invoices and subcontractor payment applications.
- Manage the work to ensure that it is installed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $105,000.00 - 165,000.00 annualized.

Position Description :
Responsible for tasks involving physical labor at construction projects. May assist other craft workers in their trades and may perform other duties as necessary or required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Duties may include but are not limited to performing physical labor in assistance with jobsite clean-up, rough carpentry, site logistics, fencing, deck and platform building, protection systems, and construction waste areas.
- Communicate effectively in emergency situations.
- Follow written safety instructions from tool and equipment manufacturers.
- Reviews jobsite needs with the superintendents and foreman.
- Participate in the activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Review project perimeter for security and cleanliness daily.
- May perform fire watch duties as needed.

- Inspect all tools and power tools before use to ensure they are in safe and working condition.
- Maintain positive working relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
