THE SKINNY :
In these roles, you’ll be providing design direction, design, and production across all mediums, including print, web, social and more.
- Develop, design, and produce
- Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and pitch concepts to clients.
- Create and prepare graphics for social media, digital advertising, and websites.
- Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Conceptualize and create projects that maintain and strengthen brand presence in the marketplace.
THE QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or Fine Art.
- 1+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on consumer products
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mockups, print, web design and multimedia presentation
- Great interpersonal skills / team spirit
- Big ideas, not big ego
- Meticulous, technical, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong portfolio of work
- Ability to concept and complete work in all types of mediums.

THE ROLE :
True Talent Group® is seeking innovative, passionate, and creative social media talent for growing companies with lots of moxie, both full time and contract.
You’re a passionate storyteller who crafts (and if you can design in Canva, even better) unique content for affinity groups who are passionate about their craft.
You create and curate content for social media channels (including but not limited to FaceBook. Tik Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube) that is engaging, relevant and on brand!
The MUST HAVE’S :
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
2-5 years of successful real world experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success
Strong understanding of social platforms and pulse on how they are changing
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with design for social
Great attitude, work ethic, ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
