Essential Responsibilities Assist with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing campaigns Work with the sales team to process non-mail / promotional products jobs daily and redundancy for direct mail marketing campaign support.
Communicating with vendors, orchestrating shipping, managing production timelines Manage job timelines and ensure projects are produced and delivered on time Communicate relevant information regarding job production and completion with customers and staff.
Receive job payments. Share relevant information internally and externally Manage data in spreadsheets and reports Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.
Organize files, printing reports Working with the graphics / data departments, getting client approvals, testing tracking phone numbers Provide support to the Senior Marketing Administrator Other duties as assigned Attributes Dependable.
