Are you an experienced, tech-savvy, marketer passionate about digital? As a member of SketchUp’s Global Marketing Team, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid media digital marketing activities to achieve business goals.
SketchUp is one of the world's most popular 3D modeling and design tools. Today, hundreds of thousands of architects, engineers, contractors, designers, and other creatives use SketchUp to design everything from stadiums to skyscrapers and everything in between.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and marketing team to develop a robust marketing strategy.
The primary goals of this position are to increase awareness and drive SketchUp subscriptions for Trimble Architecture and Design products and solutions through our paid advertising program.
What You Will Do
Digital Marketing - You will work closely with the marketing team as the implementation point of contact for our advertising program this will involve continuous collaboration with the growth, creative, and brand team.
Advertising - You will be the liaison between the marketing team and agency partners. You’ll oversee paid advertising implementation, working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing on strategy and agency partners to ensure that paid channels meet KPIs.
On average, you’ll spend the majority of your time supporting the e-commerce business.
Reporting - You will partner with the Business Intelligence team and agency partners to effectively manage the communication flow of campaign progress, marketing results, and feedback loops.
You will measure ROAS for all activities, focusing on analyzing the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement.
Experimentation - The program requires ongoing A / B testing and reporting on results to continue to improve advertising campaigns.
What Skills & Experience Should You Bring?
Strong tactical, digital, and holistic end-to-end thinking that drives growth.
Ability to translate overall company goals into region-specific, results-oriented marketing initiatives.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience creating campaigns that incorporate A / B testing and experimentation to ensure ongoing optimization of the advertising program.
Cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution.
At least 2 years of experience managing advertising channels including, but not limited to, Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, and Google Ads.
Proven ability to deliver performance / growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience coordinating with high-performing, results-driven marketing teams.
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to create data-driven narratives.
Experience with marketing automation and techniques regarding program development and implementation.
Proven track record of excellence in developing and executing return-on-investment digital-based campaigns.
A data driven-mindset is key to the success of this position.
Must have experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, Salesforce, and Marketo.
Experience working with agencies to deliver against KPIs.
Preferred experience with SEO, but not a requirement.
About Your Location
In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need.
Typically hybrid positions are 2-3 days per week or 40%-60% of the month in the office.
