Responsibilities
Provide running analysis on healthcare provider and organization data to determine : Why a location received or did not receive outreach;
Whether a location responded to outreach; Whether data is flowing through all pipelines correctly and within defined SLAs.
- Perform in-depth data investigations related to client or provider questions.
- Interpret results of analysis and communicate findings back to teammates in a clear manner.
- Provide actionable recommendations for resolving any discrepancies identified through the course of a data investigation.
- Work with Development and Operations teams to solve business and data problems.
- Work with Client Services to understand and address clients’ concerns around data or deliverables.
- Analyze outreach and attestation data in support of custom stakeholder requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst position.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Demonstrated experience solving business problems using data.
Preferred
- Experience with data tools including Databricks and Spark.
- Experience with Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Experience working with healthcare data.
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Data Analytics or Computer Engineering.
This is a 4-6 month Contract opportunity with our Overland Park, KS client. 100% Remote or Hybrid are an option 100% Paid employee Medical / Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately-vested company match) available with TriCom during the contract period.

What you'll do...
Full cycle recruiting of Information Technology professionals, which includes :
- Sourcing candidates through online searches, searching our internal database, utilizing Linkedin Recruiter, generating referrals, searching job boards, posting jobs online, attending events, and locating technical talent in any / every other way possible.
- Outbound phone calls, inMails, emails, and texts to initiate contact with Information Technology professionals.
- Screening and Interviewing Information Technology professionals to find out what's important to them, why it's important to them, and to determine the best way to help them accomplish their career objectives.
- When you determine a match, preparing and submitting a candidate to the job openings of our clients for contract, contract to hire, and direct placement opportunities.
- Regular follow-up and support for our technical associates throughout their client engagements.
- Recording activities, making notes, and creating documentation in our online Applicant Tracking / CRM software.
