ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including leases, abstracts, operating statements, rent rolls, and other due diligence material.
Research market conditions in support of financial scenario assumptions.
Work with Brokers to analyze various proposals using discounted cash flow analysis, EBITDA, and Balance Sheet impact.
Develop complex and comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the implications of real estate occupancy decisions.

Maintain social presence within the company and up to date on industry trends.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Work experience in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics.
Commercial real estate experience a plus.
Strong understanding of financial concepts (i.e., Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, etc.)
Ability to review, analyze and interpret source documents, including leases, operating statements, budgets, etc.
Intermediate-level Excel skills, experience with LeaseCalcs a plus.

Coordinate travel arrangements including air reservations, scheduling options, hotel reservations, and car rental reservations.
Develop travel itineraries to correspond with current schedules.
Assist in the completion and processing of expense forms for assigned staff.
Produce monthly reports for internal and external clients, based on area of business.
Coordinate with IT on any needs / maintenance for AV / conference room equipment.
Manage periodic mass mail outs among administrative team.
Establish and supervise tracking and purchasing of supplies (including kitchen) procedures. Manage relationships, bidding, and payment of office vendors and contracts.
Assist with organizing company-sponsored real estate license continuing education and tracking license renewal process for broker as requested.
Assist teams with monitoring the deal pipelines and deal activity in XRM or other databases as assigned.
Complete administrative tasks including expense reports, pipeline entries, deal sheets, invoices, XRM reports, meeting requests and reports, calendar maintenance, org charts, maps and similar items as requested.
Suggest and implement hospitality standards for guest arrival, meetings, lobby experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Respond to inquiries and requests for support from team members via the organization's IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, ServiceNow.
Record, track, and document incidents, troubleshooting steps, screenshots of error message, and solution using ITSM tool, ServiceNow.
Contribute to the Knowledgebase by creating, updating, and flagging outdated knowledge articles.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues affecting the end-users. Maintain necessary updates and patches to hardware and software environment.
Install hardware (desktops, laptops, network devices, printers).
Assist Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 4 support teams with issues that require on-site intervention.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Provide full administrative support including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence.

Prepare and distribute tenant move-in packages; order tenant gifts as needed.
Maintain parking / building access card records.
Invoice tenant rebills (meter readings, HVAC, etc.).
Maintain tenant contact, vendor contact list, and insurance information.
Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and owners.
Additional duties assigned by the Property Manager.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
A high school diploma or GED equivalent (college courses preferred).
At least 1-3 years of clerical, administrative duties (real estate experience is a plus).
Must have intermediate to advanced MS 365 Word, Excel and Outlook proficiencies.
Accounting software such as MRI or Yardi proficiency preferred.
