Event Coordinator
TRADE An Award-Winning Greek Restaurant is looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial and focused Event Coordinator to join our Hospitality Group.
As the Event Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests looking to book our event spaces, and are responsible to deliver amazing and prompt guest service.
You are also responsible for being an expert in our food and logistics. You will handle intake of all event inquiries, correspond with the guest to meets their every need, finalize a contract, communicate to the team, and execute the event.
This is a Full-Time position, requiring 30-40 hours weekly, with the expectation that you will be on-site for these hours.
Your first priority is booking events and overseeing their execution. Your secondary priority is to build relationships with our potential clients, to that end during the slower periods you may be asked to fill a maître’d role being the first point of contact for potential clients.
You must be organized, professional, prompt, have a sense of urgency and give excellent customer service. This is a customer-facing position, and professional demeanor is expected at all time.
This is a full time position. You are benefits eligible. Compensation packages start with a base hourly ( $25-$29 / hr) and you’ll make commission from everything you sell.
You will work directly under our Company’s Director of Sales.

Bartender
TRADE , an award winning, Greek-focused Mediterranean restaurant, owned by James Beard Award Winner, Chef Jody Adams is seeking sales-driven and hospitable Bartenders to join our Hospitality Group.
As a Bartender, you will get to show off your food & beverage knowledge while taking care of our guests. Our award winning beverage program will be in your hands!
Our food and beverage menus feature a heavily Greek-influenced journey through the Mediterranean.
Bartenders are responsible for excellent product knowledge and amazing guest service.
Previous experience in the Restaurant Industry is required.

Job Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef at TRADE, you will oversee all operations at your store and are responsible for the success and growth of the restaurant.
You are responsible for the supervision of Back of House staff. You are expected to grow the business, enhance the brand and push your staff to deliver excellent hospitality.
A passion for amazing food and genuine hospitality are an absolute must. The Sous, will be expected to perform operational duties including inventory, scheduling, planning & organizing, enforcement of food safety protocols, ensure excellent food quality, and development of their teams.
You should have strong communication skills and be able to adhere and follow through with all company policies and procedures.
2 3 Years of consistent BOH Management experience required for consideration.
