Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Courteous & Professional attitude suitable for handling children and special-needs people
• Maintain all required regulatory certifications
• Loading and unloading all passengers (both ambulatory and non-ambulatory) as well as proper wheelchair securement.

Years of Experience : 1 2 Years (School Bus Preferred)

Career Level : Administrative (Non-Manager)

Seeking assertive individuals with knowledge of local geographic area. Must be willing to work any shift including holidays.

Basic computer skills are mandatory. Must have a minimum of 1 year vehicle dispatch experience.

Industry specific training provided

Responsibilities included but not limited to :

• Maintaining communication with drivers for the entirety of their routes
• Coordinate with other dispatchers to ensure all passengers are picked up in a timely manner and with the utmost care
• Professional, courteous customer service functions
• Facilitating emergency protocol and instructions
• Provide directions

Class B with PS Endorsement

Class C with P Endorsement

Adult & Private Charters :

Class B with P Endorsement

• Fingerprint Processing and 13-county Criminal Background Check, Physical / Medical Exam, and Drug Test
• At least 21 years old
• 19-A or NYC DOE Certifications preferred but NOT necessary to apply (company will guide you through the training process)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Operation of vehicles in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner
• Perform pre / post trip vehicle inspections daily
• Maintain all required 19A Certifications
• Assistance in the boarding of passengers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and ability to properly secure wheelchairs.
