Awesome! You'll be identifying and recommending products to customers based on their needs. As a Customer Service Representative for Total Tool you will be in a front-line sales role.
An ideal candidate will have a desire to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, in-person and over the phone.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all customers, primarily in the electrical, mechanical and construction industry.
Provide each customer with knowledgeable assistance Process quotes and orders for customers Work in coordination with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience Engage in ongoing training sessions, staying up to date on new and current products, services, and industry trends WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED : You bring the customer service skills and can-do attitude, we’ll teach you the industry and product knowledge! WHAT YOU WILL DO : As an Outside Sales Representative at Total Tool you will be responsible for driving sales and profit through the sale of Tools, Consumables, Rental equipment, Rigging, and Repair.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Continuously sourcing new customers Develop customer relationships throughout our customers’ organizations Improve profitability through development with lines of business including;
rental, rigging, and repair Effectively and professionally communicate customers’ needs and expectations to our Total Tool internal teams to ensure we exceed the customers’ goals and expectations Build relationships with vendors and their local representatives to leverage our market position with our customers Ensure prompt and accurate delivery and invoicing of all goods and services WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED : Hardworking, Humble, and Hungry Previous experience in sales and customer service Previous experience in the construction and / or industrial supply industry preferred Highly motivated Detail-oriented An exceptional work ethic Ability to work in a team environment Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise. Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting is also required.
