The Logistics Analyst is responsible for enabling effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable insights.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
This hybrid role allows you to work from home on Monday and Friday. Tuesday through Thursday will be in our midtown Colony Square office location.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements logistics plans to streamline product manufacturing, transportation, storage, and distribution.
- Assists in developing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
- Collaborates with associates to improve efficiency, productivity, and processes.
- Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
- Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports.
- Coordinates logistics activities with internal / external customers.
- Performs ad-hoc queries and maintains reports from various resources to support department and organizational needs.
- Supports additional projects and activities as necessary.
- Experience building and using PowerBI is preferred.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or logistics is highly preferred, with other relatable experience applicable.
- Highly skilled in Power BI (Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and creating dashboards using Power BI desktop)
- Advanced Excel skills
- High level of business acumen and communication and presentation skills throughout varying levels of the organization, from line-level employees up to the C-suite
- Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and change, with the ability to support multiple projects and business functions concurrently

Job Responsibilities
The General Production role works on the front line to ensure the ongoing processing of our reusable containers in regards to quality, quantity, and food safety.
In this role, you will :
- Load handheld Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) onto the production line for sanitation processing
- Inspect RPCs for quality and remove any waste material, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, and non-Tosca RPCs from incoming inventory before sanitation
- Monitor processing of RPC’s through the line and adjust input or output as needed to maximize throughput
- Unload handheld Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) from the end of the production line and inspect for high-quality standards
- Once sanitized, sort containers coming off of the process line based on size and type and ensure the finished product is stacked neatly
- Repair damaged RPC’s as appropriate
- Monitor and inspect supplies or materials used for processing
- Demonstrate good understanding and compliance with all the GMP standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment; sanitize production line as appropriate
- Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required within the plant
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must understand and operate automated machinery touchscreen and switch panels
- Individual needs to understand written instructions quality, machine work instructions, etc.
- Must be able to operate in alignment with safety functions - Lockout / Tag-out, Chemical Handling, etc.
- Must be able to understand and comply with company and service center rules / policies
- Ability to work occasional flexible hours and overtime based on company / volume needs
Work Schedule
1st shift 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.
2nd shift 3 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 30 p.m.
