What You’ll Do

The Operations Manager supports the Director of Operations in leading their venue in providing best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests.

How You’ll Do It

• Supervise the Department Managers and their teams in providing best-in-class service
• Coach and develop their direct reports and the team

• Hold departments accountable for budgets and spending
• Forecast and control sales and expenses

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experience with at least 5 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a high volume ($5M+ annual revenue) restaurant, hotel, or golf environment
• Multi-unit management experience is desired but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
• Ability to work on a team
• Energy and enthusiasm
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs

OVERVIEW

Topgolf’s Dishwashers are responsible for washing and sanitizing all cooking pots and pans, utensils, dishes, silverware and other service items.

Dishwashers are in charge of the dish pit and must ensure it remains clean, well organized and in compliance of work safety regulations.

Floor cleaning and emptying the trash are also required of this position. Some light food prep work may also be required.

OVERVIEW

At Topgolf, our Porters support our best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. They are experts at the technical side of the job keeping the venue clean, organized and in tip-top shape.

But beyond that, our Porters make our Guests feel welcome, they engage with them, support their team mates to ensure Guests are cared for and generally help make our Guest’s visits to Topgolf memorable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values : Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring
• Complete all housekeeping tasks as directed by Operations and Facilities management
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stoop and bend
• Ability to work in high-temperature conditions (up to 100 degrees) for extended periods of time
