Title : Security Supervisor

Objective :

Provide professional armed and unarmed security services by protecting individuals and properties within established company guidelines and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, coordinate and oversee daily security functions / activities to ensure all operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Organize work schedule, including officers' rotations and breaks.
• Ensure adequate post coverage at all times.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.
• Initiate disciplinary measures as needed.
• Document daily occurrences and follow up on any actions needed.
• Prepare incident, accident and other required reports.
• Maintain open communication with team members and assigned client representatives.
• Ability to identify and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Responsible for overall safety and security at the assigned post by applying security procedures.
• Present positive and professional appearance in uniforms and assigned equipment at all times.
• Maintain the highest standard of conduct to create optimal client confidence.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Job Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
• Minimum of three (2) years experience as a Security Supervisor.
• Valid armed or unarmed security license from the State of Tennessee.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.

Work Environment & Activity :

Duty assignments can vary from inside and / or outside, stationary and / or mobile, bicycle and / or walking or some combination.

Physical Environment :

Job duties include standing, walking, and sitting.
