Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
Five years of experience in developing cross channel marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong writing, presentation and one-on-one communication skills
Proficiency in use of computer hardware and software
Refined project-management skills and organized work habits
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Energy and passion for working with a team to come up with absolutely unique marketing plans

Description
Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating recruitment functions to ensure adequate staffing to meet the organization’s operational needs.
Sources, screens, interviews, assesses and processes qualified candidates. Communicates closely with managers regarding their recruitment needs.
Develops recruitment materials, prepares reports and maintains files. Ensures compliance with all legal and corporate guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent in combination of education and experience
Must have a minimum of one-year recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare facility or other large organization.
In lieu of recruiting experience, candidates with an equivalent combination of clinical education and experience
Must have solid interviewing technique as well as strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to provide quality, client-based service in a fast-paced environment is essential
Good judgment and knowledge of human resources concepts and federal, state and local laws affecting human resources management is necessary
Ability to be responsive and persuasive at all levels of the organization is required
Courier - Lakewood (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
Description
The Courier provides transportation of supplies, mail and other items between Truman Medical Center Campuses and associated affiliates.Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED for employees hired effective from May 1, 2006. 21 years or older.
Possess valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License for transporting patients / people, or a Class E Commercial Driver’s License if transporting material goods.
One+ years experience in related transportation.
No more than one (1) moving violation within the last three (3) years; no DWI or DUI citations or convictions on driving record.
Possess knowledge of Kansas City, Missouri streets with an adequate knowledge of main thorough fares in surrounding cities.
Must submit to drug testing
Ability to complete Body Mechanics and First Aid training course.
Ability to perform driving services over a full shift
