Duties will include E-Filing through state portal. Gathering and organizing legal documents, medical records, medical bills, police reports, witness statements, etc.
Additionally this role prepares pleadings and other legal documents from templates, when needed. A general understanding of civil litigation is strongly preferred.
While we will consider offering paid training the applicants must have experience in a relevant area of law; civil litigation, personal injury plaintiff, insurance defense, product liability, subrogation, or PIP.
