Compensation : $50,000 -$62,000 Base (D.O.E.) + Benefits+ Bonus
OVERVIEW : Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join an industry-leading organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of Marketing experience, ideally with exposure to Social Media and content marketing.
This role will assist in a variety of marketing efforts for a key division of this company, you will be seen as the subject matter expert collaborating with other members of the team to ensure the company's products / offerings are positioned to drive growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Marketing Coordinator
- Plan, develop, and execute various integrated marketing communications programs and assist in promotional strategies.
- Complete sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing reports and conducting research.
- Maintain project tracking spread sheets and marketing calendars.
- Manage various marketing communication activities.
- Communicate the Company brand through various media channels, executing a wide variety of details that involve online social media, direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing tactics.
- Design, write and edit marketing materials for use in national markets; develop, write and maintain periodic newsletters, brochures and other literature;
develop media kits and other materials related to marketing communications.
- Coordinate tradeshows, including generating trade show passes, organize logistics and provide assistance for other events.
- Support management of marketing and media event budgets.
- Support the sales team by providing technical and visual assistance with conceptual designs
- As required, attend tradeshows and company-sponsored promotional events.
- Assist in administrative duties related to CRM and lead-management tools.
- Provide administrative assistance for various projects
- Serve as liaison between the company and print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.
REQUIREMENTS : Marketing Coordinator
- BS / BA Degree required, preferably in Marketing
- 1+ years' marketing experience

RESPONSIBILITIES : Marketing Manager
- Responsible for all market research & insights pertaining to : Channel Insights, Espresso Category, Competition within the industry, Customer Targeting
- Report executive summaries with learnings and insights gained to leadership team and sales from purchased reports, industry events & webinars
- Restaurant Industry knowledge a plus for QSR, Bakery / Caf, and C-Store.
- Identifies, analyzes, and maintains an understanding of both the industry and key relevant trends; prioritizes and applies this knowledge to key marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with team and works independently delivering research and insights to the team.
- Works cross functionally to introduce new trends and competitive data to Sales and Leadership
- Competitive Tracking, Analysis & Reporting
- Challenger sales lead (supporting customer presentations with relevant trend support, insight messages, etc.)
- Market Sizing Research - US Market Share, work with global
- Use research and insights to drive digital strategy for SEO & SEA Strategy
- Manage and report performance on the following digital platforms : Website, Webshop and Customer Portal
- Contributes to the development of strategic marketing plans
- Ability to travel
- Reliable attendance is a must
