Qualifications
JOB SCOPE :
Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the employee cafeteria. Uses the necessary uniform during the shift.
Other duties as required.
JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Cleans cafeteria (tables, counters, etc.) thorough the day and sweeps / mops floors.
- Cleans all equipment in the kitchens, receiving area, loading dock, room service, service area, elevator, and walk in boxes.
- Cleans coffee machine, juice machine, refrigerators, walls, garbage cans, R.S. tables, hot boxes, etc.
- Keeps in excellent condition sanitation of the kitchens and burger joint.
- Uses the pressure machine.
- Over night position also cleans dishwashers.
- Pick up garbage on F&B floors.
Garbage Related Tasks
- Picks up garbage.
- Drives tractor in the compactor area.
QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL :
ESSENTIAL :
6 months experience in restaurant work or in a position that provides the skills necessary for this position.
DESIRABLE :
Fluent in English

Housekeeping Manager

Responsible for assisting in the overall management of the housekeeping department; including staff supervision, scheduling, inspections of guest and staff areas and completing a variety of administrative duties and reports.

Supervision
- Distribute daily work assignments and inspects work performed.
- Monitor and controls various departmental operations and tasks.
- Complete and maintains various records and employee files.
- Inspect guest areas and back of house locations.
Staffing
- Train, counsel, evaluate, and counsel staff along contractual guidelines.
- Prepare daily staff assignments and scheduling.
- Attends departmental meetings and meets with assigned staff on a regular basis.
- Updates Housekeeping standards.
- Prepare weekly schedules according to the forecast and other factors.
- Delegate responsibilities.
Inventory Tasks
- Inventories, orders, and receives housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Maintains key control.
Salary Range - $66,625 - $70,000 yearly salary
Qualifications

- College degree preferably in Hospitality Management.
- 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
