We are currently looking for an exceptional Project Manager, North America to provide oversight, execution, and ensure service delivery on our clients social media moderation and engagement projects.

This role is fully remote. Eastern or Central time zone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Project Manager, you will ensure client projects are delivered according to the Statement of Work and the strategic vision set out by our clients using blended project management methodologies.

You will oversee, train, and lead a team of social media moderators and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure the project is meeting and exceeding client expectations.

You also will work with external client representatives while attending client meetings to ensure key deliverables are met by the project team.

You will think strategically and will add value in terms of identifying opportunities to expand services and input into the strategic game plans;

always looking for ways to partner with our client and ensure they see us as a strategic partner to protect and enhance their social goals.

ABOUT YOU

You will have proven project management experience either from a top Fortune 500 brand or a digital marketing / social media agency.

You will have a strong understanding of our services, and will be an expert in applying project management principles to deliver a high quality of work.

You always think 10 steps ahead. You're proactive, inquisitive and obsessed with the quality of your projects. You are impeccably organized and have the drive and passion to excel daily to be the glue that holds all the tasks and teams togethe r !

Requirements

  • Must have Project Management experience ideally with an agency or in the marketing, digital or social space
  • Significant experience with project management tools i.e., Monday.com
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet key client deliverables and agency projects
  • Must have an understanding of social media services including social monitoring, strategy, insights, content, platforms, and tools
  • Preferred experience with CRM tools i.e., Zoho
  • Experience in people management
  • Knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
  • Strong report writing skills and analytical experience

The Hiring Process

3 stages of behavioural interviews with one of our Talent Team Members and key team members. These will of course be remote via Google Meet.

  • Operating system Windows 10 64bits or higher / MAC OS X version 11.7 (Big Sur) or higher. We do not support Windows 8 or older / MacOS Catalina or older.
  • i5 7th generation or faster 64-bit (x64) processor
  • At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
  • Internet speed is 20Mbps download / 1Mbps upload (50Mbps download / 5Mbps upload is recommended)
  • 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
  • A Webcam and headset
