IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Previous experience in fast paced environments

Experience with Customer Relations Management Tool such as Salesforce

DAY-TO-DAY :

Phone coverage (Limited)

Arranging complex travel arrangements (international, various destinations)

Photocopy & bind

Expense processing

Data Entry into CRM

Database maintenance

Creating and editing various documents in MS Office

Monitoring suppliers - for office supplies and technologies

Creating and maintaining hardcopy and softcopy filing systems

Interacting their teams and those they support - - people daily

Microsoft Excel Projects

Cleaning up and updating SharePoint sites

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

1-3 years of previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint (0)

Strong experience completing expense reports, arranging travel (domestic and international) and managing calendars.

Experience setting up for meetings / conferences

Ability to manage multiple calendars in Outlook

Previous event planning experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proactive

COMPENSATION :

Pay Range : $- dollars an hour dependent on experience

Job Summary :

Conducts and documents moderately complex analysis for a Business Unit and makes recommendations to implement solutions that improve the quality of services delivered assisting in integration, testing and implementation of solutions to achieve desired results.

Coordinates small to intermediate Department projects and acts as a liaison between team members and functional area management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports department business operations, financial processes and improvement / efficiency initiatives

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Previous experience as a Quality inspector

Must have reliable transportation to Northwest Side of Chicago

DAY-TO-DAY :

• Inspects and approves materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
• Measure rubber parts using customer drawing and various measuring devices.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, and inputs data into quality database.
• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements and calling for repairs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• High school graduate or technical degree preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs Attention to detail
• Analytical and numerical skills : ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement;

ability to use concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
