Job Summary

The Sales Manager, End User, will manage their assigned sales team's sales profitability and market growth as well as being responsible for developing and driving the performance of assigned End User Sales team members in the assigned territory.

Position reports to a Sr. Director of Sales.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and managing a sales team that is performance-driven, energized, customer-focused, profitable, and focused on exceeding performance goals.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and coaching of the sales process with the sales team to ensure each employee achieves their sales and profit objectives.
  • Implement multiple tools, processes, and systems to develop individuals. This includes Territory management; Account management;

Performance management; Coaching; Insight selling; Opportunity / pipeline; and Mentoring.

Participates in all aspects of employment decisions. This includes Hiring; Performance management; Development; Quality;

and structure requirements.

  • Provide leadership during regional acquisitions.
  • Coordinate successful support of customer commitments with operations teams.
  • Provide leadership support with face-to-face customer interaction as needed.
  • Create solutions to sales challenges; customer needs / problems by facilitating cross-functional support and driving the execution of those solutions.
  • Consult with and provide front-line customer information, needs, strategies, and challenges to Senior Sales Leadership to assist in developing company vision and strategy.
  • Assess quality activities relating to all aspects of the business, including but not limited to sales, customer service, operations, reporting, and customer feedback.
  • Drives performance of essential sales growth programs ( PMP, Impact Accounts, etc.).
  • Align with operations counterpart to ensure proper resources are accounted for to support any service and equipment sales commitments aligned with company profit objectives.
  • Coordinate regional strategies with peers to ensure consistent use of best practices across the organization aligning to company vision and strategy.
  • Understands the benefits and executes clear communication of company vision, strategy, goals, and KPIs to their sales team.
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • A scorecard that reflects maintenance, service, and equipment sales revenue and incremental improvement to plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Experience in progressive sales preferred.
  • Experience in sales management is required.
  • Management of multiple locations is required.
  • Experience with successful Customer Service.
  • Experience with Business to Business Service sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Industrial / Mechanical Sales preferred.
  • Must be able to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong negotiation skills with a record of favorable outcomes which are advantageous to the company.
  • Excellent planning, budgeting, and forecasting P&L skills at the strategic level are required.
  • Experience with strategic planning is required.
  • Must have excellent recruiting and hiring skills.
  • Successful leadership and associate development skills are required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
  • Willing to travel in a given territory or region.
  • Must have a valid state Driver's License.

Job Summary

The Outside Sales Professional will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and meet sales goals by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, and cold calling.

Specifically, this role will be doing aftermarket sales on the equipment we service : warehouse equipment such as overhead doors, loading dock equipment, etc.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the entire sales process. This includes : Targeting top prospects; Identifying client solutions; Negotiating; and Closing.
  • Act as a "solutions expert" consultant in helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
  • Work with senior management to establish a clear and effective plan for growing the Miner customer base.
  • Work with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies.
  • Utilize company CRM to provide visibility and effectively communicate activity in assigned territory.
  • Strategize on social selling opportunities.
  • Attend company training programs and accompany other associates or managers during ride along in order to learn job skills.
  • Prepare appropriate specifications and level of service expectations in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Calculate correct job costs & market-based pricing for solutions.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must have valid drivers' license and clean driving record (Department of Motor Vehicles).

Job Summary

The Service Professional, Apprentice will be responsible for assisting experienced Service Professionals in the servicing, installing, and repairing various industrial equipment.

Successful Apprentices develop skills to become independent Service Professionals within a year or less.

All responsibilities will be taught and supervised by Lead Service Professionals.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine proactive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot industrial equipment, mechanisms, mechanical systems, and electrical circuits.
  • Perform service, maintenance, repair and installation on Commercial Doors, Loading Docks, and general warehouse equipment.
  • Provide information and recommend services to the Sales team.
  • Manage work orders (paper and digital) for each job in a timely manner.
  • Perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control.
  • Follow company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. Avoid injuries and damage to property, loss of unused materials and clean-up of work area debris.
  • Complete all necessary company training in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Experience in Mechanical, Commercial, and Industrial Maintenance.

  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices.
  • Complete service reports, time-cards and parts ordering.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Technical school training a plus.
  • Must have schedule flexibility, as services may be performed during evenings, weekends, or holidays (most normal shifts M-F, 7 : 00a 5 : 00p)
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Must have a valid state issued Driver's License with a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record acceptable to insurance carrier.
  • Must be able to pass a standard Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.

  • Residential Garage Door Installation or Service.
  • Electrical : Experience with electrical wiring systems in a commercial or industrial building.
