Reporting to the F&B leadership team, the busser will ensure that all used service items are removed in a timely manner from the table as well as assisting the servers with food service as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing and beverage refills and delivery
- Strong knowledge of the food menu, wine list and mixed drinks list
- Confidence in answering any guest questions regarding the menus
- Participate in all aspects of the dining room service as needed
- Ensure that side stations are adequately stocked and clean
- Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings
Qualifications :
- Food service experience preferred
- Experience working in high-end hotel outlets environment strongly preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to embody and impart the Loren s unique culture to all associates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
