Manager, Acquisition Marketing
You’re an experienced marketing manager and a leader. As the liaison between the brand and the franchise centers, your key responsibility is to drive enrollment and be a professional brand steward for our field of franchised childcare centers.
You are proactive, action-oriented, a good gatekeeper, a strong collaborator, and results-driven. You enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders and contributing value to a growing organization.
You’ll be able to contribute directly to the engine that makes our business thrive while propelling our brand and mission forward.
Responsibilities :
- Drive awareness, interest, and enrollment for the brand by partnering with paid and organic agencies for franchise centers
- Deliver marketing training, and maintain oversight and performance management across various channels, including social, SEM, display, native, influencer, and offline media to drive enrollment
- Facilitate communication between our franchise centers and digital agency for planning, tracking, and reporting purposes
- Work directly with field leadership to execute marketing practices for lead generation through digital and traditional methods on a localized level
- Drive our employer partnership program in collaboration with center management
- Closely collaborate with the creative, communications, and operations teams to deliver marketing plans and tactics to drive enrollment
- Strategize and develop creative briefs for our creative / design team, ensuring all marketing assets (videos, photos, landing pages, etc.
remain on-brand and relevant for the channel
- Effectively use analytics to understand consumer and customer behavior and turn data into insights and marketing activity / recommendations, yielding positive results
- Monitor budgets and timelines for all initiatives alongside peers within the marketing and brand teams
- Discover and team up with various external partners to test new innovations which deliver value in the marketing funnel
- Continuously improve our internal processes around cross-functional communication, idea generation, and project execution, and be comfortable with reporting
Requirements :
- 4+ years’ experience working in growth marketing with a brand or agency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel
- Successful track record working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for inspiring and willingness to teach others
- Eager to learn and try new approaches and identify channels to make strategic bets
